I had such a great experience here! The service was excellent! Friendly, attentive, and fast. The small plates and sushi were absolutely amazing..the fish was so fresh it practically melted in my mouth. The cocktails were also cute, yummy, and creative.
If I had one critique, it would be that the larger entrée plates were a bit too salty for my taste. Still, everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely come back again just for the sushi and cocktails!

Kitchen Master is easily one of my favorites! From the soup dumplings to the fresh cuts of tuna, everything shows how much care and skill goes into their food. The Mala Pork dumplings were incredible — perfectly spiced with just the right kick. The bluefin tuna was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the portions were generous. The trio of dumplings was decent, but the soup dumplings definitely stole the show. The matcha martini was a little sweet but beautifully presented. I also loved the wagyu sando — I just wish it had a bit more bread. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I’m so glad we chose Kitchen Master to celebrate our anniversary!

Was tracking two stars, but my girlfriend was sick this morning, throwing up. Was going to reheat leftovers and noticed that a lot of the chicken was way undercooked. Would now only reheat this and give it to my dog.

But the service was really poor. Started out, obviously waiting for an hour at six in the afternoon was a lot. But even when we sat down

We were all out out of water for about 15 minutes,
Never got my miso soup appetizer
My Coke that I ordered I didn’t get until after the food was here reminding the server and they don’t do to go refill so I basically paid for literally one cup of Coke.
Food menu and presentation looks great and amazing
The general’s chicken that I had was pretty tasty and crispy. The rice portion was very small and pretty basic.

The orange chicken was on par with panda express. P.F. Chang’s is way better.
The wontons were amazing though

That’s all. This place was packed busy hopefully other people have better experiences.

Kitchen Master delivers on almost everything that matters. The vibe is warm and polished without feeling stiff, the restaurant itself is inviting, the menu is thoughtfully put together, and the pricing feels very reasonable for the quality and experience. From the moment we sat down, the wait staff stood out, friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. Their suggestions weren’t scripted; they reflected real pride in the food and in working there, which always elevates a dining experience.
The only issue worth noting was the timing of the entrées. It was a busy Friday night, which is understandable, but when you’re seated together at a table, dishes should arrive at roughly the same time. That slight delay aside, nothing else missed the mark.
Kitchen Master is an excellent choice for date nights and special occasions, it’s honestly a no-brainer. The atmosphere feels intentional and relaxed, making it just as suitable for celebrations or group dinners, and they clearly accommodate larger parties comfortably.
Minor pacing hiccup, strong execution everywhere else. This is a place I’d confidently recommend and happily return to.

Love love love this place. Great food. Great service. Servers are quick and efficient. Large location with ample seating arrangements. Nice size menu with great pictures. Drove nearly and hour because my friend said this place had the best dumplings. She did not lie.

My friend and I started with couple cocktails, the Moonlight (Virgo) and Shiro Blossom. Then ordered the Kimchi Wagyu Potstickers, Cucumber Salad, Chicken & Shittake Soup Dumplings, and Szechuan Pork Wontons to share so we could sample a little of everything.

All were certified BANGERS. When I tell you flavor out the wazoo! I truly wanted more food but we were stuffed. I really appreciated the presentation of each dish.

Highly recommended and definitely worthy drive.

The food here is alright, but just alright. Our server was awesome but the hosts weren’t great. I had a friend check in at the time of our reservation, because obviously not everyone will get there at the same time… and they had the rest of my party waiting at the front even when the table was already set. If people check in for a reservation and not everyone has arrived, you can sit them down and not have them wait at the front. The hosts also didn’t have the best attitude but they were extremely young so it’s to be expected, I guess.

This is a 100% recommend. If you’re in the area stop in. We ate here on the Sept 27 and the food was Ah-Mazing!!! We ordered different things because there was so much to choose from. Bok choy with garlic, kimchi wagyu potstickers, cucumber salad, Szechuan pork wontons, chicken shiitake soup dumplings, beef broccoli with rice, and chocolate dumplings with a strawberry mousse whipped cream. He served a finger bowl of what I assumed was a type of soy sauce, I dipped everything in it, 20/10. The cucumber salad was super tasteful, and I also dipped that in the soy sauce 20/10. The bok choy was hot, which I was not expecting, but it was good. They put the garlic on top instead of cooking with it, which was OK, 15/10. The pork dumplings were very tasteful great flavor, it had an orange sauce that I also used for dipping with the beef broccoli 20/10. The kimchi Wagyu potstickers were the absolute best. The dough was perfectly made. The Wagyu was perfectly seasoned, and I also dipped that in the soy sauce from the beginning 50/10. The broccoli beef, this was the only thing that disappointed me, it did not have the seasoning or flavor that I expected it to. Again, I did dip it in the pork dumpling sauce, made it taste better, so I will give that a 10/10. I was a little apprehensive about the chicken shiitake soup dumplings, but once I tasted it, I was there for it, the broth was very flavorful and the chicken was seasoned well it gets a 20/10. The chocolate dumplings was dark chocolate and I was not expecting that, but the flavors went together so well, the strawberry moose whipped cream was absolutely fantastic and together with the dark chocolate, it tasted wonderful. The server was absolutely fantastic. He checked on us the right amount of times got us everything we needed. We joked a little. He gets a 100/10

This was an amazing experience! The staff was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. The suggestions made by our waitress were absolutely fantastic, she attended to our every request and wasn’t overly present. The food was phenomenal and we made sure to try a vast variety, The garlic green beans were fantastic, still plump and seasoned fantastic! The Ramen was definitely the best in my opinion, a nice creamy broth with perfectly cooked noodles, accompanied by a fall off the bone spare rib! The Chili wonton noodles were very good and nice amount heat to them, the buns were soft and crispy at the same time, while packing a punch of flavor on the inside! And let’s not forget the soup dumplings, the perfect amount of chew and a nice big bite so that all flavors can be enjoyed simultaneously! This 2 hour ride was definitely worth it, and we can’t wait for our next visit!

Although the food was okay, the service was not stellar.

Food: pork soup dumplings were really good!! I also got the chili oil wonton noodles. It was good but i needed to add a hit or two of black vinegar. Scallion pancake was unfortunately raw in the middle, but it was taken off the bill so no problem. He did give us a strawberry matcha martini for free as an apology, which was delicious and very nice of him. We also got hot and sour soup (amazing) cucumber salad (pretty good) and the bluefin tuna sampler as an appetizer (great!!) and the chocolate dumplings (really good!).

Service: unfortunately not the star of our visit. Our server spoke very quietly and was a bit forgetful. He didn’t know how much it would be to add a pork rib to ramen and had to go back and ask- but didn’t put the full order in until he came back to tell us. The wait was a while for our mains- around 25 mins. He forgot to put in the cucumber salad and the hot and sour soup we ordered (with the rest of the food) and he had to ask us again. We didn’t receive them until we were mostly done with our mains. He also didn’t take our menus once we ordered- one of the other staff noticed and took them later. He never refilled out water either despite asking 3x. He also never cleared our dirty plates and we had to ask for clean plates for dessert. Unfortunately we did have to wait like 20 mins for our dessert.

Atmosphere: incredible!! Best part of our visit. Amazing chill music and lighting. The entrance and dining room were decorated very elegantly.

Summary:
The wait for food was long and service was unfortunately not consistent with the type of place and price point.
Unfortunately i wouldn’t come back as the poor service left a sour taste in our mouths.
