Pizzas were normal and good but our service was rude. We had preordered and were just picking up. The guy helping was rude and when I asked him if he had our garlic bread he said it was in the case for me to get if they had any left… given I have already paid for them. I was the only customer in there at the time so it wasn’t like it was slammed and he was rude. We like papa Murphy but with other options around we won’t be picking this one.

Once Again .. one receives excellent customer service .. Bailey was my cashier .. he looked up my online order .. and couldn’t find it .. Without missing a beat he suggested to me that he call the other Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza location and enquire as to if it was there .. sure enough .. me .. the new guy had mistakenly placed my 1rst on line order at the other location so without making me feel inferior or offside he asked if I wanted to go there or if he would allow his crew to make it here where I was .. so once I knew the other location could quickly sell our order I paid for ours here with Bailey .. very positive , polite and knowledgeable staff member he is .. Happy Holidays to him n the Staff there .. .. ..

I love Papa Murphy’s Pizza. The take-and-bake option is the best. I have visited numerous locations. This location was the best experience that I have had. The Pizza was a work of art. No skimping on the toppings at this location. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Food is always good , we love your pizza !! The communication that goes on inside the location is the issue . Why have a phone # for taking orders over the phone if no one will answer the phone ?? I called 4 times during business hours , before the dinner rush mind you , and no one answered .

Pizza was great but I don’t like that I now have to use a QR code to get directions to bake a stuffed crust pizza. It’s crazy that they can no longer include the directions on the same paper that has the regular pizza baking times.
