Came a couple days ago for a late lunch and ordered a chicken half salad / half rice bowl. The portion is good. When I asked for extra veggies, those were piled up high. The staff is friendly and service is quick. The place is clean (so are the tables) too

I placed a pickup order after my workout, and not only was the bowl packed with generous portions, but they also included a free bag of chips—such a nice surprise! There’s nothing more satisfying than digging into a big, hearty Chipotle bowl after a tough workout. Really appreciate the staff going the extra mile. Keep up the great work!

I was so hungry and I asked for a little extra of Pico cheese and lettuce and I even got a Guacamole which was very good freshly made as everything else! The staff is really great and they are very attentive. Thanks Chipotle!

i like the food but sometimes the portioning here is unfair. alwats forgeting my chips and charging me extra just to put the salsa on the side. barley have chucken on my bowl, i get the same thing everytime but i barley got some on my bowl. not happy with this location. other Location if i get mt basic simple stuff i get enough but this pklace seems like prejudice. the White femsle in front of me got like a full of serving while they skimp on mine.

I tried to pay with 20$ cash at 11:30 am, they did not have enough money on hand to give change! My guac on the side that’s 2.85 was half full on the little cup. Very poor customer service to not have change available and give only half the guac I paid for! 19.78 for a burrito bowl is a lot of money and then they accomplished to steal subs off my food! The burrito bowl was okay, just the quac and lack of change is not acceptable.

While the portions were more generous than other locations I’ve ordered from, the meat options looked extremely dry, the area was messy and it would be bare minimum for the staff to take stems off of the produce before prep. I shouldn’t be biting into three avocado stems and a couple pepper stems, at all. It makes me question if the produce was washed prior to prep and confirms that staff just doesn’t care about what they’re serving.

I deleted my review because I felt bad. Now I’m going to the trouble of retyping it. The rice is always mushy and overcooked. My son found a long gray hair in his bowl last week. Tonight our guacamole is almost black it’s so oxidized and it smells spoiled. My steak is ice cold. My daughter asked for a side of black beans and there’s a huge chunk of chicken in them. What about vegetarians? Remember like 20 years ago when Chipotle was prepared properly and tasted really good? I miss that. This is the Chipotle most convenient to me and now I won’t be returning after ordering weekly for almost 7 years at this location. When I think of how much money I’ve spent for my family of 5 for subpar food I feel like an idiot. This location needs serious help.

Went to get a pick up order. Even though I did a mobile order with clear instructions they messed up my bowl. No xtra sour cream was given. But service was quick though. Parking can be an issue here. I park at the whole foods complex. They have a good patio seating ..!!! Great for a evening.
