The staff at this store is horrific! Rude, impatient, not listening, and dismissive.
My 8 piece buffalo chicken bits consisted of a tiny piece of chicken, lots of breading, a squirt of buffalo sauce in the container.

Staff not very friendly but the food is great and staff keeps lobby clean. Hot fried chicken crispy and tasty. Love their crinkle fries and biscuits. I’ve never used the restroom here.

After confirming with the dude after he took my order incorrectly, i made sure to ask for mac and cheese. instead i was given corn. Last time I asked for the chicken tender meal, i got a two piece instead. If you want quality, do not go here past 5pm. Workers are rude, and do not have their volume on their headsets up as they can never hear despite me screaming into the microphone. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. No mac and cheese, again.

I arrived to the this location the staff was very rude I order two chickens and a jalapeno and they still was unable to get my order correct. She was rude to me for no reason but when a Hispanic woman came in her attitude. Very poor customer service! HORRIBLE LOCATION!

It’s Christmas Eve and its already been a difficult day with everyone sick and a big family to feed. We ordered 2 Big meals that came with 3 large sides each. We got home and got everyone ready to eat only to find they only gave us 3 sides and they weren’t even large. When called they gave my mom the run around and told her she could come back and buy them.
Definitely a location that doesn’t care about fixing their mistakes or you as a customer.

Came here ordered and had us waiting 45 minutes for our food by the front door. This was at 10:15pm on 01/15/2026. Person at the window was very nice but cooks didn’t have our chicken ready till closing time.

Churches Texas chicken is still some of the best chicken around with one of the best apple pies as a dessert. I’ve been coming to church’s chicken for over since I was a child way more than 20 years and the food never disappoints their services always fast and my order has always been right. This is one place that I can truly say that never gets it wrong. I love coming here
