Very salty and spicy food. That even a hungry dog or cat doesn’t want to eat the food we ordered.Bad taste. I’m from Florida and I can tell the difference between our food in Florida and food here. Nasty looking food sad to say that I wasted my money. I travel most of the time and I can tell if the food taste good or not.. But this food I ordered tonight from this restaurant is the worst food I’ve ever had..

This place used to be good so I went here again after many years. Sad to say, while the food seems okay, the place is filthy. If you can’t keep your restaurant clean how can anyone trust the food you are serving?
Also, I see someone else mentioned this and I’ll say it also: “rice and beans?” doesn’t mean “what kind of rice/beans would you like?” so please then use the extra few words to ask what you mean. Especially when there’s literally no line or anyone waiting. Customers aren’t magically going to know what you have, especially it seems no one goes here anymore to eat because of the cleanliness issues.

Y’all, a good restaurant has to have it all. The food here is pretty good, the customer service is nice as well. HOWEVER, this place is dirty. When I walked around to try and find a place to sit, ALL the tables were dirty and filled with crumbs, even on the seats. You guys NEED to hire a designated cleaning person. Y’all gotta get it together as far as cleanliness goes. I almost went out and sat in my car and ate but the air conditioning was on point!! Even the tables outside were nasty. Someone went around and “cleaned” the tables and seating but he didn’t do a very good job.

The restaurant and atmosphere was ok, the staff service was ok, the young lady when I walked in was nice but the cashier guy seemed impatient and not friendly. The food portion was minimum, I’ve been to better establishments.

This place is filthy. Even the best offer of all time (kids eat free on Sunday) can’t make you overlook the fact that this place hasn’t had a deep clean since Jungle Jim’s ruled Five Points. And some type of animal droppings on top of one of the booths… no thanks.

They were very rude to me when I walked in, one of the workers didn’t want to give me a side of queso at first he kept saying there was no more but then seconds later he tells me i can get queso. Then the lady at the register had a very nasty attitude and this isn’t the first time someone has been rude to me. They also did not clean the salsa area it was very disgusting and there was none for me to use the restaurant itself wasn’t clean there was still left over chips on the tables and left over burritos. Overall the food was good but the customer service was terrible and the place was nasty

I visit Moes Southwest Grill one morning, I said good morning, but the female employee didn’t say good morning. She claimed she said good morning, then I asked for a water cup she gave me the cup. Then her co-worker comes yelling you gotta pay for that as if her co-worker didn’t give me the water cup free of charge. Then it was how she said it too, she practically act as if she owned Moes Southwest Grill rather than just being a employee working at Moes Southwest Grill. So I stated my complaint, and the manager rather than better handled the issue of the employees rudeness and disrespect he allowed me to have a meal on them. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to Moes Southwest Grill. At least not this location on Main Street, plus they claim they be close but have their door unlocked and black manager be there all hours after business hours which makes me wonder. Anyway, what I will recommend is y’all download SoundCloud type in Shonagodd and listen to my new album Rademption now. Right now.

I love Moe’s but this is the absolute worst location I have ever eaten at. I ordered delivery from this place twice. The first time food was not good. Barely any meat and tasted cold and old. I figured maybe they were having a bad day, so I placed another order a few weeks later. The food was even worse! I ordered three tacos in soft flour tortilla shells. Once again, barely any meat in tacos. The tortillas were so old they were hard and crunchy! All of the food was cold when it arrived. Whoever manages this location, needs to be fired.
