I recently visited this establishment for an early dinner celebration and everything was amazing. Our server Indigo definitely made it an unforgettable experience. She was so quick and attentive to every single thing needed throughout our experience. I was impressed, it’s not often you experience such great service anymore. I highly recommend this location and Indigo! The food was amazing and hot as well! No complaints.

Came here with my wife for a celebratory dinner. The food was good, and the experience was good overall, but y’all need to figure out if you’re going to use the little tablets at the table or not. Last time I was here I got told by the server not to use it because I guess she wanted control over the experience, and this time it just didn’t work at all and we had to have the server to bring us the check anyway even after she told us to use it. Seems overcomplicated to me…

I picked up my to go order on yesterday and they didn’t put my 2 extra breadsticks in the bag. When I told the girl that brought me my food that they wasn’t in the bag she got an attitude. I waited for a few minutes and called to ask about her bringing me my breadsticks. The guy who answered the phone said the had to make some more and it would another 5-10 mins. I didn’t feel like waiting so I left and went home. When I got home to look at my food the Italian sausage wasn’t fully cooked, the spaghetti was disgusting, and the salad wasn’t good. This location is the worst and I will never patronize this place again.

This location helped saved the day. I wanted to have my daughters birthday party with 20 of her guest and everywhere as a3 hour wait. Huge thank you to Diego who put us on the wait list and got us in the door in about 40 min! The customer service was top tier. The manager and both of the other servers gave us such a great experience . Good food great service.

Our family of four had the best experience we’ve ever had at Olive Garden tonight, all thanks to our incredible server, Thomas. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly timed, and he checked in just the right amount. He was never intrusive, always thoughtful.
Thomas went above and beyond in every way. He anticipated what we needed before we even asked, made great recommendations, and treated our family with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find service this prompt, friendly, and professional, and we truly felt taken care of from start to finish.
We’ll definitely be returning to this location, and we’ll absolutely be asking for Thomas again. He turned an ordinary dinner into an outstanding experience. Olive Garden is lucky to have him!

I went here with my friend and we had an amazing waitress named Anyiah. Jim was very friendly as well and very helpful too!!! Diego at the front was very welcoming. We had exceptional service , i will definitely be going to this Olive Garden from now on even though there’s one closer to me. I also ran into a former employee, Sky, who greeted me briefly and recommend me the mozzarella sticks. Definitely come here guys!!!!!!

I typically don’t leave bad reviews but I was very disappointed by tonights service. I tried to order a glass of wine and for some reason my server nor the person she got to assist her could figure out how to order it. She said she would order at the kiosk however I never received the wine. The server disappeared for 30 minutes but then Greeted the table next to me within 1 minute of them being seated. I had to flag her down just to order my entree. my salad was brought to me with no dressing on it and I had to ask for dressing. For some reason the server checked on the tables next to me several times but did not check on me at all. Can’t help but notice they were of opposite skin color. They also received their food before me even though I arrived an hour before them. I was a table of 1. Will never come back

We ordered 4 meals, an appetizer, and sides. My boyfriend picked up the order we spent over $120 on, got home and unpacked it only to find we had one bag of breadsticks with our four meals. Called and was told by the to go staff “well that’s strange ! gave him the bag” Not sure what to say to that ! was silent, She finally transferred me to a manager who was pretty smug and uninterested. He ended with well what do you want. My reply was we just want our breadsticks. He said that he would double up the full order we were missing and have fresh hot ones waiting for us. My boyfriend leaves to drive the ten minutes back while his food gets cold only to get a single bag of bread when he states what the manager promised the woman caught an attitude stating “there’s 8 in the bag” and walked away. We then later found the poo vein still in the shrimp and a hair in the soup. We eat here several times a month, always over $100 for our family but we absolutely will not be back after how we were treated tonight. I’m just left at a loss for words..I’m not just trying to get some free bread after spending over $100 that’s a silly argument to try to bring up.
