The worst Smoothie King ever, service and food was horrible. Benjamin P. overlooked my order and let three people behind me get their orders before me. Now granted I only ordered a Gogo goji crunch. Once I asked for a refund, he proceeded to go back and forth with me. I mistakenly called him a girl and he stated honey I am not a girl, I am a pretty boy. I love Smoothie King but I have never ever in my life received such nasty and rude customer service at a food establishment. I will never give my hard earned money to the 379 E. FM 1382 Cedar Hill, Texas 75104, store number 1502 ever again. I also asked for his name and he told his coworker not to tell me. However, his name was mentioned in the store and it was on my receipt. Please do better and get better employees. I know people are stressed, overworked and undered paid but this is not how you treat customers, not at all.

Zero stars is what is deserved!!!! My husband and I have been coming here since this location opened. Not sure how many managers this place has gone through but this is the worst it has been. My smoothie bowl is absolutely sloppy and watery. My husband literally watched as his smoothie just sat in the blender till it was completely watery….Then poured and given to him. He asked for it to be remade……with attitude it was done. He wasn’t aware of my smoothie bowl. We only live less than 5 minutes away…….it didn’t happen in the commute. Our smoothies have been messed up for a while now……but due to the convenience of location we pray the next trip will be better. Guess what? It hasn’t happened yet!!!! Waxahachie Smoothie King prides themselves in preparing your orders…..granted it’s a longer route…..but well worth it!!!! We bring our tumblers so they won’t melt fast. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! **Don’t waste your time talking to a manager….Just don’t go to that location anymore!!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!! Today’s date 9-29-24

I visited the Smoothie King in Cedar Hill, TX on December 11, 2025, at approximately 3:40 PM and had serious concerns regarding sanitation practices. During my visit, I observed an employee sweeping the lobby and taking the swept trash outside near the entrance. After handling the broom, trash, and the front entrance door, the employee went behind the counter without washing or sanitizing his hands and began preparing a smoothie without gloves, handling the cup directly.
I also observed another employee sweeping near the preparation area. While she later used gloves, I did not observe handwashing prior to food handling.
Because of these observations, I requested a refund and did not consume any products. Proper hand hygiene is very important in food service, and these observations raised concerns about overall cleanliness. For this reason, I will not be returning to this location.

The store is super clean. The employees were super friendly and greeted us with a smile. The loaded toast was amazing as were the smoothies we ordered. Great customer service! Will definitely be back!

If I could give zero stars and post I would. There is a sign on the door that a face mask covering the mouth and nose is required to enter. It is also on a board when you step in the store, yet as I sat there waiting for my drink, this young man enters, holds a discussion with others waiting for their orders, stands in line and picks up a couple drinks at the register. All while talking on his phone without a mask. Nothing was said by management. If you are not going to enforce the rule, then don’t post the sign. If you are going to give preferential treatment to individuals who you may know, then realize you are putting the public and yourselves and your family at risk. Business owners are expected to enforce the regulations and it should not be up to customers to do it for them. You want our business, we want your trust. I will not be visiting this Smoothie King again.
