The staff was nice and helpful when ordering. They seemed to have it together. We ordered 2 of the last 3 egg rolls, and the front worker immediately let the cooks know.
The restaurant was clean.
The food was plentiful, hot, and fresh.

More often than not, the employees are very unfriendly…very unwelcoming! The last two times I went in, more than half the food items are not available! At the drive thru I ordered and was told “ we are out of that”. I ordered another item and it was “out” also. After a third time, I said “what DO you have available?” To which she responded sarcastically, “the menu is right there in front of you m’am.” My response was, “yes but apparently your menu is not accurate. Never mind. I’ll go elsewhere.” And I left without anything. Not a way to run a business.

The people working the counter were just yelling at the guy cooking who was the only one in there actually doing anything, yelling snarky remarks at the top of your lungs in front of customers is very unprofessional. They offered no help to the one guy doing all the work, while they ripped off customers because there wasn’t enough food.

Ordered two plates with noodles and drove twenty minutes home to find cabbage salad with sparse noodles. This is unacceptable that the staff would even think of serving such lopsided mixture to a customer. This location continues to struggle with quality control and consistency at the most basic levels.

I’m not one to leave a bad review. I think Panda Express has always been mid but today just really hit home on the lack of quality and customer service.
I ordered a plate, half lo mein and half fried rice through drive through, with orange chicken as well. And a chicken egg roll. Very simple in my opinion.
I got a full lo mein, half orange chicken and the other half some shrimp thing, no egg roll and a flat Coke. No receipt was given but I paid $20 bucks.
Called to ask for a refund and was told “not if you don’t have your receipt” and well I wasn’t given one.
Anyways the lo mein was hard and stuck together. And the chicken was hard as well

6:51 pm Wednesday night and hotel table is half empty. It is messy as well. Chow mein is tough. Beijing beef over cooked. Super greens look poor. I rarely find a bad panda however this qualifies.

This is absolutely the worst Panda Express experience I have ever had. I travel around the country, and fell in love with Panda Express last year. I have never had less than a 4 star experience at any location until this one in Florence.
The customer service was lacking, and I had to repeat myself three to four times with various answers. But the food was the worst! The chow mein noodles had absolutely no cabbage in it, and most of the noodles were cold, with several noodles hardened as though having set out for hours to dry out. There were HARD clumps of rice in the fried rice. More than half of the orange chicken tasted hard and stale, and the same for the teriyaki chicken, with the addition of it looking and tasting undercooked.
What makes this experience even worse is that I came with my mom, wanting her to experience the great food, since she had never tried it, and she had the same reactions as I. So not only did it disappoint me, this location gave my mom a negative experience associated with this brand. And she paid for both our meals, so I felt obligated putvof guilt to repay her because the good was so bad!!
It is unfortunate, given how much I love Panda Express, that when I visit my mother, I will have no location to take her too for her to know how delicious it normally is supposed to be. I normally wipe my plate clean, but it was so bad, you can see by the picture attached how much I left uneaten when I felt disgusted and threw the rest away!

So far the worst customer service that I have had at Panda Express the employees were rude especially to a old lady that did a online order while I was just sitting there waiting for them refilling all of their items everything was completely empty or close to it I ended up waiting well over 20 minutes after I got my food it the chow mein was dry and cold the orange chicken was the only thing good freshly made and had freshly made sesame chicken but it was completely hot and hard on the outside but still frozen on the inside with a really off taste to it like it was expired chicken taste and about halfway through while I was eating I overheard the employees bad-mouthing the old lady on their headsets and instead of offering me a drink for my long wait the guy just took off employee discount on the receipt
