The morning team at this Burger King location is absolutely amazing. I stop in on my first break about four days a week around 9:00 AM, and every time I pull up, they already know my order and enter it right away. They are friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. My order is always correct, and the service is consistently outstanding. It is rare to see this level of consistency and customer care. Thank you all for the great work. It truly makes my mornings better.

Went today through the drive thru , waited over 10 min and was told to wait a minute , I said okay and then another car comes and doesn’t even wait 2 minutes before his order is taken and I’m still there waiting . I go to the window to ask if I can just order there instead and an older Hispanic man which I’m assuming was the manager says
“ you will wait here too “ and then asks me what I want . I barely get one word out and he slams the window in my face . Another younger looking employee ends up coming to the window and takes my order , he was very nice and polite . However the first guy , he needs to loose the attitude .

If I could leave no stars I would . I’m a dasher right so today I walk in there and a gentlemen is in front of me about to place his order . As a dasher sometimes in the app it will ask us to take a photo of the menu AT THE STORE it gives you guidelines on it not being blurry people in it etc . I have done it many times before when it ask me no problem . So Today im waiting for my turn and I go to take the photo and the dude who seemed like the manager cut the gentleman off who was placing the order to come at me rude as hell about what I wanted . So I’m generally confused cause im confused on who he is talking to ? So me confused I’m like I’m here for a DoorDash said the name and he starts going off about me taking a photo of the MENU and saying I can’t do that to open the app and take a photo off there ? So no that’s not what it asked me to do nor am bothering anyone and you’re not going to come between me and my money. I would understand if you were worried that you were in the photo or something like that but i PROMISE you you are not important nor does annyone want a picture of you. Everyone is staring at this point cause of how rude he was . We get into it he rudely snatches the order from a female employee to finish it mind you the dude he cut off who was placing his order hasn’t even finished his order and is just standing there watching this all unfold. The manager cut him off to be rude to me and literally didn’t even let the guy finish ?? So I’m not sure what the problem was but it was EXTREMELY unprofessional I felt personally attacked to the fact I contacted door dash . I will be contacting corporate about this matter . Dude needs to learn some manners and learn to shut his mouth and do his job and watch who he talking to cause this will get escalated higher next time if it’s a problem cause you will not sit there and disrespect me for literally no reason . Will be calling tomorrow for the store manager. And maybe train your employees on some customer service

Whoppers had no pickles and no onions and lettuce was only like 5pieces of lettuce. It was like eating a burger plain. Called and they just said They were short staff and there closed. hang up. not even a chance to tell them why I Called. So rude….

I walked in to just order two whopper Jrs. There were 3 individuals working, 1 guy and 2 girls. The two girls were arguing and I’m just waiting for my food while the guy cashier takes my order. I sat down away from the counter and turns out they were talking about the customers too and planning to play fight? They started screaming and cursing out loud. Please do better. You’re wasting customers time for the food to be crappy.

The worst service. When I placed the order on drive through the lady didn’t understand me, and repeated back to me half in English half in Spanish. Customer service manners equal to zero, didn’t even say HI, BYE, just asked for payment and that’s it! Also, didn’t give me a receipt for my order.

I told them I had a coupon for a free whooper, they refused to honor the Code, spoke to Hector the manager, he was unwilling to solve the issue, I ordered 2 pies, only received 1, asked for a large cup of ice, and they tried to charge me $1 I will never go to that BK again, I will be calling corporate

Honestly, it’s the best run BK I’ve been to. I’m not usually a BK fan, but it’s close to my house and open 24/7 so I thought I’d try it, and I like this place. But, they’re often out of different menu items. I hear this has been common to all BK joints lately, so I didn’t factor that into my rating
