I love me a good black owned business. The matcha here is literally so good, I wish the cups were bigger lol! The owners are super friendly. I forget their names :/ but they went the extra mile to explain evrything in detail and even offered me an alternative milk. Idk something about kindness goes such a long way. They’ve left such a good impression on me. I wish them all the best success!

I went here for the first time today after following their Instagram account awhile ago and I loved it! the owner was very nice and welcoming. The vibes and atmosphere of the place were very relaxed and calming, just overall lovely.
I’ve never had matcha before, so I got their basic matcha latte with French vanilla and oat milk and it was great! So I can confidently say it’s the best Matcha in the city.
I also love anime and manga and this place has a good amount of it, they’ll even order a specific volume for their customers if they don’t have it in stock.

Best muffins Ive had in a while. The space is so intimate and welcoming. Its small but clean and open. The matcha: I’m wary of commercial french vanilla because I’ve found it to have an awful after taste. But the owner said they have a house made one! And it was AMAZING!!

Absolutely great experience coming into this manga Café! The pastries and drinks were phenomenal! Especially the little blueberry cream cheese tart when they warm it up! They have a few foreign rare finds as well~

Loved the atmosphere and the service was amazing. Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Matcha was on point and love that they have homemade syrups! Also tried the matcha cupcake and it was divine. Get there early for the pistachio matcha, they sell out fast!!!

Such an amazing stop, the shop itself was so perfect and had the best staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Talking to the owners was my favorite part. The matcha is a MUST try, you won’t want to go anywhere else! The cupcakes are delicious, too!

Great place! Love the indoor/outdoor setup and the matcha latte with oat milk is top notch so I gotta assume the one with regular milk is amazing as well. Creamy and delicious! I also really liked their manga selection! It’s not massive but there were titles there I hadn’t seen elsewhere so I got a few to check out.
If you love manga and matcha you really can’t go wrong. And the folks working there are really awesome too. Everybody walking by was saying hi so you know they’re already established and welcome. I hope this place gets a long run here ❤️

Love the atmosphere in this place. Unfortunately I was in a hurry today but popped in to try everything. Very very good. Matcha isn’t even my normal radar, but it was good.
