Great atmosphere….very bright and cheerful. Lots of wall-sized murals scattered around the restaurant. An amazing patio area outside that takes your breath away. The service was first rate, and the food came out hot and fresh. Portions were large and had great flavor, and the server kept our beverages filled frequently. Their chips and salsa are very good as well. Lots of variety to choose from on the menu, so there is something for everyone.

Went in for dinner last weekend after hearing a few local recommendations. The place had a relaxed, neighborhood feel and wasn’t overly loud, which I appreciated. The menu had the usual Tex-Mex options plus a few items I don’t see everywhere. I ordered enchiladas with rice and beans, and everything came out warm and reasonably portioned. The flavors were balanced, not too heavy, and the salsa had a nice kick without being overwhelming. Service was steady even though they were a bit busy, and our server checked in at the right times.

My cousin brought me to this place and having lived in Texas this is the best Mexican food I’ve had since leaving 2 1/2 years ago. The staff was really intentive on making sure we had a great evening. They went out of their way to take some pictures before we left.

Pretty good Mexican/american fare. Nothing crazy but feels the desire for a nice place to eat as a group. The queso is really delicious. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken tacos, the chicken tastes canned and is super watery it will break your taco shell apart. The Tamales were great and so was the enchilada.

We had the Queso Blanco with spicy meat to share with some of the fresh made flour tortillas. (by the way those were awesome!) And we did combos with enchiladas and a taco. Trent was our server, and he was great!

This is the Burger Man, and I decided I needed some awesome Mexican food. And I found the best Mexican Lasagna in Alabama. WOW. My wife and I shared that big dish with a side salad. Great salsa, chips, and the Chicken & Steak Lasagna. The service is always great there.

I do like Rosie’s. However, I do think it’s a little overrated. There are plenty of good Mexican places in Huntsville. It’s a decent place to get food and the service is fast. Our food was yummy and I would go again. It’s not my top pick tho.

my grandmother recommended this restaurant to me and don’t get me wrong it’s a cute place but overall the food was horrible. my friends and i ordered queso blanco, fajitas, a quesadilla, tacos, and taquitos and we couldn’t finish any of them. everything was very bland. we definitely will not be going back and will not recommend it to others.
