We went to eat last Monday night when we saw a sign for two small subs for $9.99. We ordered the special with an order of fries & a medium. Drink. The manager overcharged us and I asked her why she was doing that. She attempted to get me to order more food, and I said no I want my money back. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she dialed the number. It sounded like she was talking to a family member. calling her love, and other familiar terms. Needless to say, she refused to give my money back I asked her for her name, . She refused that also. She would not refund my money! The restaurant was filthy. The tables had food, bits and particles all over them. The floor had napkins and other debris all over it. Also, she was not wearing a hairnet, which is a violation.

Milanis the manager gave us some of the best service we’ve had at a restaurant. She was professional, helpful and kind. When I asked to change items on my order, she did not hesitate to help. She gave us great recommendations. And she had a smile the whole time. The food was delicious. Thank you and I will be returning again!

Quality of the New Bourbon Steak, too sweet and it taste more like teriyaki sauce. Limited tables to seat at and it the place it dirty and expensive.

Hot, fresh and tadty. Although not a traditional Philly steak I would return. The food was not greasy at all.
