Chris was absolutely an awesome server. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure our drinks were refilled promptly, checked in at the right times without being intrusive, and ensured our food came out correctly and in a timely manner
His positive attitude really stood out — he was professional, patient, and made us feel valued as guests. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing great customer service.

We did an online order and the food was terrible. The “wings” were just shriveled chicken nuggets with a side of ranch. The O-M-Cheeseburger doesn’t come put together they give you a crappy burger with a side cup of nacho and shredded cheese. The quesadilla was the only thing remotely edible. They also just straight up forgot our drinks that cost us nearly $6. We will never be eating here again.

I would say we had a good time overall and it was mainly due to our server, Chris. He was friendly, easy to speak with and had a great disposition. When you can tell that a person enjoys what they do and want to create a positive experience for others, then you know that person is doing well in that area. He continually checked in on us as needed, kept our beverages full, and everything arrived as requested. At no point did we feel hurried nor did we feel that we were waiting excessively.
It is little details like these, that can create large differences when dining out. Chris did an excellent job and created a more enjoyable dining experience for us.

This is our first visit since they reopened. We were pleased to see the new update. The inside is bright and welcoming with plenty of seating. Our Server was Tony. Tony is a friendly, attentive man who took great care of us. The menu offers something for everyone and the food is tasty with generous portions. If you are in the West Jordan area, definitely fine here.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The food was lukewarm, like it sat under the warmer. Our server Gavin was so rude and just unprofessional. We had to ask for refills and was told hold on I have to take care of this table first! Turned out to be family cause he hugged them as they left! I ordered one of the skillet dinners. It was not hot at all.. We ordered alcohol and it was so bad. Too much alcohol not enough mixer. Will not be returning. When told about the drink his response was okay what do you want me to do about it. He acted super annoyed that we even told him. He checked on us twice our whole service.

I LOVED this guy! Chris was one of the best servers I’ve ever had in all my time with restaurants! He’s very considerate and always made sure our drinks were full. Which many places I’ve been too always struggled with that. Plus the food was delicious!! So yummy! Best bourbon streak I’ve ever had! Shrimp was a little too spicy, but still delicious nonetheless.

I go to Applebee’s to be reminded why I should NOT go. To Applebee’s. I order the New OM Burger and we’ll as you can see it was Raw very pink inside. The fries that came with it taste like it was the Left overs cold and bland. Several times our waiter stop at the table but not once addressed the Raw burger sitting in front of me. In the end it was only addressed after we made mentioned.
