Valentines dinner we choose Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. We are Senior Citizens. Our total bill was $77 for 2 people. Both my Wife and I ordered appetizers, steaks, with sides and salads. The main course came to the table, and we had not got our salads yet. We had to ask for bread. My ice tea did not get any refill. I thought bread came with the meal. The Waitress ask us to go ahead and pay at the table, and we were not done with our meal. The food was excellent. But this visit was not worth $77 dollars. We don’t go out to much. We probably won’t be visiting your restaurant in Florence Ky again.

My family went Sunday night and it was one of the best experiences that I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I mean, everything from the food to the service to atmosphere was wonderful! The menu has something for every dietary need you have and the prices were extremely reasonable, especially for this day and age. The burgers and sandwiches come with a side and the entrees come with two sides, plus the portion sizes won’t leave you still feeling hungry. We were all happy with our food. It all was hot and fresh and came out promptly. My husband and son got the ribs, and being a fan of ribs, my husband gave them a thumbs up and said they were very good. My son agreed! They recommend them!
Our server, Abby, was friendly, sweet, and smiled a lot! She gave us wonderful service, didn’t forget a thing and made sure our drinks were refilled and made herself available for our needs, meaning that she never disappeared. We gave her a generous tip!
The atmosphere was very nice, very clean, and not worn out-looking. Nice and suitable for any occasion. They also have a beautiful outdoor patio with a pretty waterfall fountain. Very inviting! Just can’t say enough about this restaurant! Please bring one, across the river, to Anderson Township!

Dined in around 5pm on a Saturday. Got right in, no wait for two. They bring their legendary croissant rolls with honey butter (2 count that’s complimentary) to the table when you first sit down. Warning! These are so good you’ll totally be ordering more! We ordered the onion ring appetizer and they were awesome! I got the chicken pot pie with a bowl of potato soup. Soup was excellent and pot pie was great too. The place fills up pretty quick for dinner and the atmosphere is nice, not too loud. Kid friendly as well. Service was great. I would recommend to anyone who wants wonderful food at an affordable price!!

Smaller portions than years ago. Good quality food. Salmon was delicious. Croissants mouth watering delicious. Broccoli casserole wasn’t nothing to brag about, kinda reminded me of the frozen entrée from the grocery store. The trio appetizer was nothing like the picture on menu, way smaller in portion size. Steak was decent for not being a steak house.

Me and my husband went here for late lunch yesterday, one of many many times we have dined at this Cheddars. Per usual the food was absolutely delicious our service on the other hand was a bit of a let down. The restaurant wasn’t busy but service from our Waiter Blake was slow, along with an attitude that made us feel unwelcome. We will continue to bring our service to this establishment because it’s been a place we loved for years, but I hope we never have an experience like that again.

Been there a few times this past month, and the food, service, and everything were great. Great consistency. Everything came out hot, fast, and was delicious. Great portion sizes, too. When everyone else is making you pay more for less, this place certainly gives you what you pay for and more. I got the half rack of ribs and shrimp on my last two visits, and both times I got a huge amount of ribs and hot and crispy shrimp. I can’t believe how much meat the ribs had. That half a rack has more than some places’ full racks. I highly recommend it. The servers are attentive and polite. A great place all around. Very satisfied. Also, they have waterfalls outside with their outdoor seating. Great when the weather permits.

first and definitely last time placing a online pick up order from here. apparently they have a no A1 sauce policy for to go orders so they couldn’t put any A1 in a sauce container for the 2 steaks i ordered so i had to stop at the store on my way home to buy some. the well done steak was burnt to a crisp. there is no Caesar dressing for my Caesar salad i paid 4$ extra for so that’s trash i guess i should of thought to buy some dressing for my salad along with the A1. and to top it off they didn’t give any croissants my boyfriend had to ask for some thank goodness i told him to check before he left. as someone who works in the service industry this is insane. it’s common sense to put dressing with a salad.
