I came here to try and grab something quick on my way to work, the lady inside was on her phone and would not hang up. I waited for 10 minutes and finally she came over. She started to make my sandwich which was fine until I asked for more olives and she said I wasn’t allowed to have more olives because too many people ask for too much stuff. I can tell why no one else was in there. Esperanza deserves to be fired, and the store deserves to be closed. Which is sad because usually I love Subway. It’s not about the olives, it’s about the whole environment and message that they are sending.

Very poor subway I asked for less pepper on my sandwich and extra bacon won’t even give me a refund unless I have the sandwich like come on supposed to make customers happy I called the day I got it and 3 days later I’m calling they didn’t answer the phone for 3 days

Horrible customer service! Left a personal item there and couldn’t return immediately to retrieve it. I tried calling repeatedly for 7 HOURS until closing to make sure they could keep it somewhere safe . NO ANSWER FOR 7 HOURS! The manager at this location couldn’t care less if there are any problems. This isn’t the first time this has happened. If you discover an issue with your food, you are basically screwed. I wouldn’t recommend ever giving this location your business because they don’t care about your experience or your food! WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT THE 2100 SOUTH STATE STREET LOCATION!

Every time I come in here there is an issue. I never get my sandwiches toasted. Unfortunately my teeth have gotten to the point where I cannot bite through the toasted bread. They toast the sandwiches without asking and will not make another sandwich. Most everyone who works there doesn’t speak good English so it’s impossible to talk to them about mistakes. They never ask what kind of cheese I want. When I ask them to fix it they are so confused it never gets fixed. Most of the shredded cheese is damp and slimy. All veggies taste like vinegar.

One of the worst subways I’ve been to over the decades. I was threatened to have to pay extra for requesting more vegetables because the seemingly new and unmotivated employee did not understand what reasonable portions are for a footlong sandwich. First time that’s happened!
