The menu is like something out a movie. I just asked the cashier what her favorite thing is which was the fried rice. It was spicy but phenomenal. They were super attentive so while i was eating she came by and asked if it was good and i said it was spicy so it needed like avocado to offset the spice and she RAN AND GOT ME SOME. Omg it was the best.
My wife didnt read the sign so she ordered the seasonal pancakes and so she barely ate them…the owner Sarah was attentive as well and asked to make her something else and she gave us french toast to go.
Hands down the best breakfast place ive been to and huny….i eats the breakfast.
We will def be back

We stopped with our twins for breakfast on their birthday and boy was it a great choice. The girls had french toast sticks and the bread was probably 1.5″ thick and well cooked. They both really enjoyed it and the fresh fruit was actually fresh fruit with oranges, grapes, and pineapple. Wife had the breakfast burger that was honestly a monster in size and flavor. The waffle fries were delicious and not greasy. I had the duck fat biscuits and gravy and they were fantastic. Normally I have to add my preferred amount of pepper to gravy but not this time. The gravy was silky, rich, and peppery. The service and staff was super friendly and they made recommendations for us. The only negative for me personally was the chairs. As a 6’4 280lb man, I found the chairs to be very uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. We would absolutely come back.

I heard about breakfast at my nail salon. I love a good waffle, even more if there is chicken! So we tried it out for brunch on a Thursday. We were greeted nicely and the counter team answered our questions and we placed our order. BTW – Chicken and Waffles is not listed on the menu, but if you ask for it they will add some delicious hand breaded chicken bites on the side.
We saw a couple with a pitcher of Bloody Mary that looked delicious for another day, but I happily had the Boozy Coffee which is iced and oh so delicious!
My boyfriend had the Breakfast Eggroll and truly enjoyed it – I tasted the sauce which was delicious and very akin to hollandaise sauce. But let’s talk about the waffles! Aaah! So perfect! Not too sweet, not soft or soggy, and they are perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. I believe waffles do not need to be sweet because you have syrup, right? The syrup was delicious and paired nicely with the savory chicken!
We will definitely be back and maybe next time we will order the Bloody Mary!

If you’re in New Braunfels and looking for the perfect breakfast spot, RUN here! I came in with a girlfriend right at 7 AM, and they were already bright, cheerful, and totally ready for us. The service alone deserves five stars.
I ordered the pumpkin pancakes with a side of eggs and bacon, and O. M. G. — they warned me there was no way I could finish it because the portions are HUGE… but challenge accepted. I barely finished it, but it was honestly some of the best pumpkin pancakes ever! They were fluffy, warm, and insanely flavorful and had a pumpkin syrup lightly drizzled The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the bacon? Crispy, salty perfection.
The coffee — AMAZING. Seriously, I’d come back just for that cup of coffee alone.
The whole experience felt cozy, welcoming, and like the perfect start to the day. Great food, great service, great vibes. If you’re anywhere near New Braunfels, do yourself a favor and stop by in the neighborhood. You won’t regret it! ☕

It was a very nice modern breakfast place. I got a breakfast plate with great eggs and A M A Z I N G bacon and cubed cheesy hash browns. My daughter got a breakfast sammich which she said she LOVED. We both got different sodas from their main root options and both were delish. Will be coming again!

Delicious gourmet food. A little expensive but the food is so good you will enjoy every bite. French toast is sweet, thick and plentiful. Pumpkin pancakes are fluffy and top notch. Friendly service with a smile. One thing I would add is the menu on the wall needs to be larger print. It’s hard to read.

First my husband & his friend came to eat here and they said it was delicious. So me & some girlfriends decided to try it on Thursday. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were very friendly & they checked on us every so often. There was no wait for seating. The food got served quick & it was yummy. I had the cinnamon roll pancakes and hashbrowns and the blue berry soda. My friends had the nachos, which were tasty the other friend had the bacon fried rice she said it was good, but not for her. When my husband came before he enjoyed the bacon fried rice. I even got to go orders for the family. The only thing I would critique is maybe having more of a variety for drinks.

I absolutely loved this place! The food was so yummy and full of flavor. I actually went twice this weekend back to back because I couldn’t get enough. The atmosphere is beautiful and the wait was worth it! I even got to meet the owner, and she was the sweetest person ever! You can really tell she cares about her customers and the quality of the food. I’ll definitely be coming back again when I’m in town!!

I think I just found my new favorite brunch spot in New Braunfels! My bestie came in from Corpus Christi and we decided to try Breakfast. Their new concept is absolutely brilliant and they totally nailed it.
The food was 10/10 (look at that presentation! ) and the service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. We actually got to meet Sarah, the owner, who was so incredibly sweet. What really blew me away is their no-tipping policy; Sarah pays her team a livable wage, and you can really feel the difference. Every single person there was high-energy, attentive, and genuinely kind. Amazing food, amazing ethics, and amazing vibes. We will definitely be back!
