The first time I went here about eight years ago, it was really amazing. They used to have the best Salmon dinner. I only make it to this restaurant about once a year, and mostly for lunch.

It really went downhill for a few years, and it seems like maybe it’s better now, but it’s nowhere close to other Chop Houses I’ve been to, especially the one in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

I had the Executive Lunch today. The steak was cooked perfectly med-rare and was really good, but the loaded potato was on the edge of being cooked completely but dry. Potato comes with real bacon, butter, sour cream, chives, and good flavor..

The salad was pathetic though. Some green, but more yellow with slight rust, and a few leaves were brown edged and starting to go slimy. I should have honed in on that for the pic, but I didn’t notice it until I started eating it.

The lemonade is the best anywhere. A co-worker got the carrot souffle and said it was amazing.

The price was good, and if the salad could just come up to at least McDonald’s quality, they could raise the price to $25 and it would be worth it. Skip the salad and go for the soup.

Just my unsolicited opinion, but aesthetics could be improved with new plates or losing the paper. They put white paper on the table and and when the food comes on white plates (see pic), it feels more like a Cajon boil restaurant. Black table with white plates would set things off when the food was brought, or even Cowboy’s Brown. The paper thing was fun when the server would scribble and draw on it with 3 crayons at a time a decade ago, but they haven’t had servers with that kind of personality for years. It’s time to make it more like a Chop House and less of a Western Sizzler.

I think our server was new, but she was nice. Bathrooms are clean, and there’s a decent parking lot.

The service and restaurant as a whole was absolutely wonderful. Samantha M was 100% the best server I’ve had. So very attentive and helpful! The food was great and drinks were 10/10. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Our waiter, Avery I believe, is super generous and kind. His manners are amazing and we had great conversations, I would also like to thank the staff for the amazing effort despite the wait time and their care for the community. I highly recommend this place to people stopping at cheyyene or simply finding a place to eat or a date night. The staff is charming and kind and the place in general is beautiful. This is what every restaurant should be like, I hope people who read this find this helpful. Please, treat the staff well and give them a generous tip

We are visiting from Littleton Colorado. My mom and I had dinner on Thursday night and Samm was our waitress. She was an absolute joy. Not only did she take such great care of us, but she also gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to see. She made our meal extra delightful. My mom loved her also and I’m leaving a picture of her and my mom. We both had burgers with the cream spinach and we loved the western burger and the chophouse burger. Absolutely delicious! This is posting on my husband‘s Google reviews, but this is Melissa, not Bruce.

I had the ribeye and wild rice, house salad and bison chili. The steak was cooked the way I liked and it was very flavorful and juicy. The plate they serve it on comes straight out of the oven so it is really hot so be careful. Wife had a filet and Mac n cheese. Hers was very good as well. Riley was our server and she was great. She even writes her name on the paper that covers the table. Did I mention she writes in it cursive UPSIDE DOWN?

Sunday evening dining. Not very crowded, sat at bar and ordered dinner. Forty minutes later. Y apple chicken salad arrived. Food tasted great. After finished waited again to get tables to pay and leave. Raised and waived hand in the air numerous times. Finally had to yell out to get waiter to acknowledge us. Staff was too busy cleaning up the place and forgot about customer care.

What an amazing find on our short stopover in Cheyenne. Friendly welcome on arrival , a varied menu with plenty of choices.
We couldn’t resist sharing the cote de bouef! What an excellent choice, table side drama on serving the steak, sizzling on the hot plate, and the meat was delicious, perfectly cooked to our taste (medium).
Service was top notch, and genuine desire to please.

We stopped in before the fireworks. The food was good. I had the bison tomahawk and my wife had the surf and turf. The food was decent. The lobster didn’t taste fresh. It had a wang to it. But other than that the rest was good. My tomahawk was really rare but the staff tried very well to remedy that. They were all very helpful and nice people. I would definitely eat here again. One thing I would recommend to the owner is fix the menu. It’s to small and hard to navigate. The tomahawk I almost didn’t notice and the waitress didn’t know they had it before I ordered it. It’s really hard to tell what all Is available.
