Had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse recently. I started with the Cactus Blossom, then had the sirloin with mashed potatoes with cream gravy, mac and cheese, and a Diet Coke. The rolls are also delicious.
Our waitress Daniela was excellent. She was attentive and on top of everything the whole time. My drink was refilled without me having to ask, she checked in at the right times without hovering, and she made sure the order came out exactly right. The steak was cooked perfectly and everything was exactly as requested.
Friendly, quick service and a great meal. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again!

Most excellent bone-in ribeye! Cooked awesomely with no need for sauces, their seasoning was on point. And just $35?!? (Which is an amazing price nowadays) Their version of the blooming onion was delicious but maybe a tad too salty. Beer. Cold.

Stumbled upon the Texas Roadhouse while in Tucson and really glad we did. The folks there were super friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious and well prepared. They had no problem with me tweaking my order and it was served exactly how I asked. We liked it so much we went back the following nite.

Food was delicious but the service was okay. It was a few times we had to look for our waitress. I’m not sure if she went on break or got lost in the back. It was my birthday and I was hoping for a good experience. Maybe we came in on a very busy night.

The wife and I drove down to Tucson to celebrate my retirement of 36 yrs in the Semiconductor technology industry. We decided to stop at This Texas Roadhouse off Irvington rd. Apon being seated at our table, I asked the host if I was able to select the 20 Oz FT. ribeye from the case and she said absolutely and so I did and she marked a piece of paper with our table number in it. One other steak was marked already with table 22 on it. We had been having issues with other Texas Roadhouse restaurants in the Phoenix area trying to pass off sirloin steaks as Ribeye cuts so the wife and I watched this one carefully to see what they would do. Our food came and this was not the ribeye steak that I had marked in the steak display case. I told our waitress when she first took our order that I had a steak selected that was marked with my name and table number on it. When she brought out our food, I explained to her that this was not my steak and she persistently insisted that this was it and how it shrinks when cooked. So I took a couple of bites and realized that it didn’t have the marbling as the one I selected. The wife walked up to the display case and there was the steak that I selected still in the case. Our waitress Irleen was up there complaining to the manager Ariana about how picky her customers were wanting a certain steak. She had her back to my wife and didn’t realize that my wife was standing right behind her hearing every word she told the manager. When my wife interrupted the conversation, she turned around and tried to lie her way out of a embarrassing situation. The manager “Arianna ” who was a very young girl then asked, “So does your husband really want us to cook this steak or is he okay with the one we brought him?” The wife said that that’s the one he specifically picked out and was expecting. She acted as if we were asking her to go cook the steak herself. How she became a manager is a mystery to us and our waitress had been apparently having a bad day from the start was now really embarrassed and still trying to lie herself out of the total screw up situation. They finally brought the correct steak and they cooked it medium rare as i asked, but now Irleen couldn’t explain how her sirloin steak looked so much different than the Fort Worth Ribeye. She kept apologizing how the kitchen cooks did them dirty. It was her not listening to me when i specifically told her what I picked out up front in the steak cabinet. Most good businesses or managers would have done something to make a bad situation right. Not them! I was still sitting there waiting on a steak even though everyone was finished with the entire meals and my sides were finished and dishes cleared long before my steak arrived. I posted this in detail due to the fact that Texas Roadhouse restaurants have been doing things that this old school farm boy who raised beef his entire young life growing up on the farm and dairies knew was not right. I knew what cuts of beef should be after raising our own each year before butchering. Another restaurant killed by COVID. It’s a sad time we live in do to this younger generation. I’ve been to atleast 30 different Texas Roadhouse restaurants throughout most of the western part of the United States and I never seen this type of crap happening outside of Arizona. Texas Roadhouses in Texas actually seemed like they had the best beef. I could swear they were getting a Angus/ Herferd mix breed which was the best so far. But then again it’s been a few years since I’ve been in Texas to know if they are trying to pull the same crap.

You get all 5’s because my wife and I love the food here. I’m a guest centric specialist, I could put 1 star for service but I won’t, because I know what it’s like to be in the other side of the review. Your counter girls need to be a bit more serious and mature. They are the first faces you see when you arrive, they’re just giggling and looking at each other. Greet your guests – do NOT ignore them, and you will become such a better restaurant.

The food was great per usual… but this review is really for Ashley! She is an absolute gem! This is the second time we had her as our waitress and I’m grateful we were able to have her again. She is attentive, but not constantly hovering, and very kind. The first time we had her, we were new to the area and she took the time out to share fun things to do with kids in the local area. This time, not only did she remember us, but she also helped us celebrate our child’s birthday and made it so special for him! Can’t wait to have her again.
For Ashley- Thank you for everything that you do. You are an amazing waitress, but moreover, you are an amazing person! Never change, the world can use more people like you.

I’m a loyal Texas Roadhouse customer. Usually the service is exceptional and the steaks are prepared to perfection. The last time we went it was very disappointing. The server was marginal at best, never asked about our meal and how it was prepared. I always order medium rare and mine was cooked medium well on one side to medium on the other. First time to this location in Tucson, and not thrilled about going back. I’m really sad about this and hope it’s not indicative of a downward trend with Texas Roadhouse restaurants. For what we paid it’s completely not worth the risk to try again. This was the 2nd time in less than a year but at least the first time they asked and made it right. They offered me extras which I refused, I just wanted my steak prepared as ordered. This location apparently couldn’t care less if I’m happy with my meal or not

We visit the Texas Roadhouse on Irvington in Tucson often. Store #371. We found the perfect waitress that we want everyone to know about. Her name is Ashley Liimatta and she’s absolutely fabulous! I had to ask for her last name for this review. The food is always delicious and Ashley is always so attentive and thorough. She’s always right there with drink refills and anything else that we need. I highly recommend y’all go see Ashley. We love their cactus bloom appetizer. The steaks and burgers are perfection! Yum! If you’re lucky enough to see Ashley, please tell her that Jules sent you! She’s amazing and you won’t want for anything! If you join the waitlist before heading out there you won’t have to wait long. That’s been our experience.
