I had a truly fantastic experience at Chili’s! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome right away. The service was fast, which is always a plus, and the food was delicious.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is a nice-looking place overall, but the real star of the show has to be their tortilla chips! Seriously, they are the best I’ve ever had—so thin and perfectly toasted!
Highly recommend for a great meal with quick service and the best chips around!

We always enjoy the food, perfect place for a casual date night or catch up session with friends.
There’s so many options to choose from , everyone can find something they’d like.

We LOVE this Chilis. The food is always hot and fresh—I love how multiple people help run our food to us so it comes out fast. The food is DELICIOUS, restaurant clean, and servers like Natalie sooo friendly!!! That’s why we come here regularly!

The food was good this time. Our server was great. The floors were sticky in the bathroom. And I did not like it that our local service women, we’re very loud and rude, which effect in the atmosphere.

Waitress – Maddie (hope that’s correct) did a great job serving us. Very kind and professional.
Food – Chicken crispers were very stringy in texture and chewy. Not what we expected. Hot honey sauce was separated but even after stirring it the consistency was still off. The sauce did not taste much like honey or have any heat to it. However, the Mac n Cheese was the highlight of this dish. Cheesy and nicely prepared.
Triple Dipper mozzarella bites and burgers very salty. Dipping sauce tasted acidic. Again, not what we expected.
Lots of carbs with both meals. Asked about swapping out a side for vegetables but the offering was limited to broccoli. No thanks.
We shared our food experience with the waitress before completing the meal. She mentioned she could get a manager. We only asked that info be relayed to the Management and if they wanted to speak with us with regards to stop by the table before we left. We did not speak with a manager.
Price – expensive, more then it’s worth.
Appearance – clean dining and restroom.
Over all – Chili’s has out priced itself. Very expensive. The quality of the food is similar to fast food or food service grade. Convenience cooking seems to be very popular with chain restaurants.
Planning to return – No, and that means all Chili’s locations.

I just wanna start off by saying my waitress Heather was absolutely phenomenal. We love her and will probably request her when & if we go back . However this was mine and my families first time at chilis. I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time but I just hate trying new places but my bestfriend convinced me to go anyway . So we go order I get my food & as soon as I I am about to eat I look down and there is a big hair hanging off my burger. I will attach images. Now I don’t go out to eat very often. I do not work in the food industry either, but I feel like When you find a hair in your food, your meal should be compensated for And that is not what happened here . They took the food back, told me that they removed my meal from my order and then when I got my receipt, it showed that I had two orders Of that item and one of them was compensated for, but I still had to pay for the other one. Now to me, that’s not right I found a big hair in my food my first time going to this place and instead of them, taking it off my order Completely they charged me twice and compensated one so I still had to pay for the other one. So when we spoke to the manager, he said that that’s not right my waitress shouldn’t have even did that damaged food that get sent back is only supposed to get a 50% off discount. . The atmosphere the food,( the second time ) my waitress , Everything was great. But I don’t feel like I should’ve had to pay for that meal at all.

I made a to go order via the app to this location it said it would be ready between 5:42 PM and 5:47 PM. I walk in at 5:44 and there’s no one at the to go counter, several employees walk by us and stare at us as there are other people in the to go area waiting for their food, but no one tends to us. 3 employees were talking by the bar while one was near the Togo area on the clock talking on their phone with their mom. At 5:56 I decided to go to the front hostess area and ask for help. At that time someone who looks like a manager went to the to go counter and I gave them my order. She turns around and grabs the bag behind the counter. Who knows how long that bag was sitting there for since it was there already when I arrived. Not only was no one attending the to go area but I also never received the text message you are supposed to receive that indicates your order is ready. Instead my food was sitting getting cold.
Please do better. It’s not hard to show the same level of respect and attention to all customers regardless if they are dining in or picking up. Additionally the restaurant was not busy.

Great lunch 3 pick for lunch! Ty was an amazing server. Check it out on the back of the menu. Great food and service. So reasonable. Chips, burgers, and dessert was ahhh mazing! Great burger selections. Chip and dips were great too. Light fluffy chips!

Chilis is great anywhere but i had a great experience here! our waitress gianna was incredibly attentive and had a great personality! The kitchen made a mistake on my food and she had it handled within 5 minutes. we told her we were on vacation and she gave us recommendations of what to do in the area. incredible service! Our food was also delish.
