The coffee is good but they do not fill the cups appropriately. This is my coffee cup (a grande) the last two times I have gotten the cinnamon dulce latte before I’ve even taken a sip. Completely unacceptable and a waste of money.

My granddaughter enjoys Starbucks so she goes to this location every week between her dance classes. Tonight I decided to join her. As usual, the barista failed to secure the lid to the cups!! My venti frappe spilled all over my car and my granddaughter’s spilled onto the ground! I spend $30-$50 a week so it sucks to only have 3 sips of a $7 drink. I think you should start compensating your customers for these errors!

everyone seemed annoyed. When I asked about if they had anything like a mocha frappe but without alot of sugar… They were rude when answering. Like who in their right mind might want to enjoy something without a crap ton of sugar. Didn’t even try to accommodate. I mean, it’s 2025. And it’s Starbucks. You think they’d have something. As popular as they are. I don’t see what the hype is. The only thing I liked was I was bothered while I was in there talking with a friend until we wanted to order. And when giving my friend her brownie and drink, they just sat or there. Didn’t say a name. Don’t think I’ll go back.

Starbucks is famous for this, but I have never had a grande literally half full before. It sucks paying 7.00 for a half full latte.

I do not remember his name, but a blonde haired, young guy that is usually a barista on evenings is a fantastic presence at this Starbucks. He’s got charisma, engages everyone that walks through the door, and has a can-change-the-world kind of personality. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks on and off for the past year and he has engaged with me as a customer more in one visit than any barista ever. Its a pleasure visiting this Starbucks, and it has been fantastic engaging with the staff when this guy is around. I know I’ll be taken care of when he’s on shift. Otherwise, food and drinks are the usual, good quality of a Starbucks. Music can be a bit loud if you plan on studying here, but otherwise calm place to work/study.

Great service from all the staff! I can now say I’ve gone during every shift and had good consistent customer service. I went a little after 10:30pm the one night and the younger gentleman in the window with the tattoos was very nice, asked about my day, and got my drink out pretty fast! I always receive exactly what I order, even with modifications, and the staff is always super nice about giving my fur baby a pup cup (even though she’s super rowdy lol). Great location!
