I was greeted warmly inside by the guy who handles the carry out orders. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my order to be ready.
My order was filled correctly and they put napkins and ketchup in the bag.
The food was good but the chicken in the sandwich was smaller and thinner than I remember it being. I guess they are cutting back on portion sizes.
I placed a simple mobile order…. two breakfast burritos, a coffee, and a lemonade. The payment was processed immediately, so I know they received it. Yet when I arrived, no one could locate my order. I gave my name multiple times, waited patiently, and watched several cars get served ahead of me while I sat there being told, “We’ll check.” No one took ownership. No one communicated. No one cared.
After repeatedly asking what was going on, I was told to pull to the side and wait even longer. Still no update, no apology, nothing. I finally asked for a refund, which took far too long, and when it was finally processed, by a MANAGER, that manager never once came out to address me. That alone says everything about the lack of leadership here. The receipt I was handed had my name but no store number, no manager’s name, and no accountability. Now I’m out nearly $17 for 5–7 business days, still hungry, and honestly, insulted.
I don’t take this lightly. I’ve worked in the hospitality and customer service industry for years. I teach and train people on customer experience, so I know what genuine care and professionalism look like. This wasn’t it. It’s disheartening to see a brand once known for excellence start to lose that standard.
I’m leaving this review publicly, but I’ll also be sending this directly to corporate because Chick-fil-A built its name on being better than this. This location needs to revisit what “customer service” actually means, not just taking orders, but taking ownership.
Slowest Chick-fil-a around. Drive through line takes forever, Mobile line is wide open. The best thing Chick-fil-a ever did was figure out how to get the drive thru line to move. This location hasn’t figured it out. Anyways just plan on being in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous
No apologies or anything, simply that the manager stop taking breakfast orders. I explained I was charged and the rep didn’t want to look to see I was charged. Also didn’t give me anything to show it was canceled other than there word.
Considering I placed the order at 10:15am my order should have been completed instead of canceled.
Everyone else in there is pleasant and helpful (Zy’aisha is super sweet, so is the older white lady with the great forearm tattoos, and the young Spanish 5’6 shift lead with the wavy ponytail).
Please celebrate the teammates who are super helpful, and retract that other one with the bad attitude. She does way too much.
This was my first time at this Chick-fil-A location and I did not know that one of the lines is marked for mobile orders only .
I was standing there, waiting to get my order taken when the customer service rep walked over to my car and told me that it was from mobile orders . I explained the situation to the representative said if he could take my order since I didn’t know that.
He had a very rude and condescending voice tone and said no. I tried to have a conversation with him to explain to him the situation and he was very dismissive. He said that I had to pull around in the circle and come back in the right line to get my order taken.
I just got back in my car and went to pull around until I realize I was stuck in the 5 o’clock traffic that was happening in Chick-fil-A.
I went back to him and told him that I would be stuck in the traffic he says is there anyway he can just take my order so that by the time I got up there, my order would be ready again. He was very rude and dismissive and said no
I had to wait in that traffic from nearly 15 minutes until I got to the top and still did not even get my food .
I would rate this customer service representative a zero if I could.
He was not friendly, welcoming, empathetic, or helpful at all. On the contrary, he was very cold, rude dismissive, and took a very smug approach in the way that he was speaking to me.
I wonder if this was a racial profiling issue as to why he was not willing to help .
