Jessica L. provided absolutely second to none quality service, the food was cooked perfectly to our liking the steak was AMAZING and the cheese loaded mushroom appetizer was next level delicious
Also the bartender didn’t serve me a watered down drink which in terms of money spent in a drink I feel I was given more then worth the value

I ordered 2 of The Cheesecake’s for dessert… and this is NOTHING how it should look. Ive ordered this several times at another location, so maybe its just a problem with this particular location because its never looked like this. No caramel sauce or effort into the presentation at all. Looks like someone just slopped the whipped cream and pecans in the container…. not even at the top of the cheesecake. I also ordered 3 burgers with bacon and none of them had bacon. Food was not even warm and I only live a few mins away….

Food was great this time around. I ordered the 10 oz salmon with rice and broccoli instead of my usual steak and it was fire. Also got the side strawberry salad which was truly amazing. Pickup service was horrible but it always is. Eventhough I put in my parking number no one came out so I called the restaurant as well. The lady answered and said she would check on it and the next thing I know she had hung up. No goodbye or anything. At that point I just got out the truck and went inside just to make sure my food would be correct. Backstory….this is a gift card order that was given to me from corporate because my food wasn’t prepared properly before and for bad service. This time they did prepare my food properly but the customer service sucks

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner, they said the wait time was going to be 30 to 40 minutes, but it wasn’t, it was more like 20 minutes! Which I liked
Our server was very polite and nice! It was his birthday on that day, which I thought was nice, because he chose to work on his birthday He was very courteous to our needs, check on us quite often. The only thing is that my steak wasn’t cooked well done like I ordered it, but the waiter had no problem returning it and had it cooked the way that I liked!! Which didn’t take very long!

The standards and professionalism have dropped massively here. Went with my family (party of 9) and were told the wait was an hour. My sister in law went to the bathroom and the entire back half of the restaurant was empty. And only two seaters were being sat, come to find out, only “friends” of servers were being sat. We overheard that from a server who was talking to the 4 host just staring at the podium. Another server told those same host to not seat them and there was another party of 9 who had been waiting 45 minutes prior to when we arrived. This place won’t get my time and money. I bet the service in St. Charles and South Country areas will be better.

Lets start with the wait…there was a bit of one but that is to be expected on a Friday night, the dining experience was great the lighting was just right and the waitress made the experience amazing buy being tentative to our needs and making sure our cups were never empty. The management was polite and checked on every table and even engaged us in conversation. Overall we had amazing night out thanks to the staff cooking our food to perfection and our waitress making great recommendations we will be back

My visit on 9/26,was not the best,it was my birthday. I ordered the longhorn porterhouse with broccoli & Mac & cheese. Well it took longer than I expected for the food. The steak was warm,broccoli was so hard,I hurt a tooth biting it. There was an extra 10min wait on the Mac & cheese. I ordered a meal,I expect all items to be hot & served together. We were seated next to the kitchen door. I tried to get the managers attention twice,all workers just kept flying by. I never complain,because if it’s 1 person you’d not want to upset is the cook. My server would be in the bar area & looked across & asked if everything was ok. My partners meal was perfect,we basically shared it. I don’t recommend coming here after 8:30. No cares about cooking or serving,they just want to start shutting down,to close.

Went to LongHorn on 1/14/26. The place was dirty when you walked in. We were seated right away, then back at the waiting area because our table was not clean. We walked past every empty table then decided to just go back up to the front and wait for the hostess to clean the area. We had a sweet absent minded waiter who I tipped well because I felt like it. She was funny. Not that she made jokes but she was so forgetful it was funny. My dates food was overcooked, she hardly ate. My steak was not hot after waiting at least 45 minutes after the appetizers which also took a while. The waiter set our order for extra items on someone else table. The steak was flavorful just not hot. Won’t be going back to this location.
