Ordered the tandoori mix grill, but it was uncooked! When I called to complain, the staff member named Sunny argued with me and even asked us to bring the food to them. Unbelievable! Lack of customer service and quality control. Wouldn’t recommend.

We love this place. We come here often and have are actually systematically trying everything on the menu. Of course we have our favorites. So we order one or two favorites and then try something new each visit. The staff is helpful and will explain what things are or make recommendations. Sunny was our waiter this last trip, very nice! We ordered Tandoori Mixed Grill, Goat Curry, Tandoori Roti, and Garlic Naan, and the food was completely disappointing. Everything tasted old and stale, and the quality was so bad that we couldn’t eat any of it. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very bad experience.

Had the Bhindi Masala, highly recommend giving it a try! Not something I see when I travel back home, and I am glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to try the new.
Sunny was very pleasant to interact with and assisted me in ordering to ensure that I had the best experience possible. If I had not gone inside, I would have not had the same experience. The guide on how to enjoy allowed me to have a wonderful lunch.

Food was really good. We usually order take-out from this place, but dine-in experience is also great. They have a huge bar with several options, if you like that. Highly recommend the creamy curries from this place – kofta kashmiri, butter masala’s, coconut based curries. Best garlic naan’s in Tracy area for sure! Tandoori chicken also deserves a mention.

We recently ordered tandoori chicken from them through DoorDash .we opened it just after 5 minutes after the drop off .the chicken is not at all fresh .
Burnt from most of the part .
It’s was not fresh and hot and even warm enough.
I am sharing the pictures for the reference.
We I called the restaurant the person on the phone said to bring back tomorrow and replace it .
Very bad food , service and experience.

We always used to go to this restaurant at Tracy or do pick up and liked their bread basket. We used to get food at least 2-3 times a week until one day I met this Punjabi guy at counter who is very rude, un professional like many people commented. He is so cheap that for a pickup order, he selected himself 20+ % tip on a card reader and forced me to sign and leave.
Thats the last day I ever visited this restaurant. With this kind of bad service you will loose repeat customers.
