I ordered the BLTA. Bacon lettuce tomato avacado sandwich . They need to rename it the BBLTA – burnt bacon lettuce tomato avocado sandwich . They had me pull around and wait . I guess they needed more time to burn the bacon. It was gross I had to pick off the bacon to eat the sandwich. So, I basically paid out the butt for a vegetable sandwich. This place blows but if you have friends and family that you hate definitely bring them here for an expensive and horrible tasting sandwich. I’m sure they’ll hate you for it.

My wife and I got the chicken club, and tuna salad sandwiches, and they were incredibly good! Some of the best fast food sandwiches we’ve ever had. We also both got strawberry shakes, which taste super fruity and real. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Also, they have wall plugs at EVERY booth, so this makes a great place to come study if needed. The atmosphere is chill and nice.

I ordered an Italian sub with peppers and light mayo from the drive-thru this evening. When I got home and opened up the sandwich, that’s all my sandwich consisted of. I tried to call the store to ask if it came with the regular things that typically come on the sandwich, and the person that was helping me (with attitude) said, ‘No, you have to order it with everything.’ She offered no concession but attitude when I told her I didn’t remember their subs coming that way. Listen, I’m from Chicago, the birthplace of Potbelly’s, and I can clearly remember them using a knife to hold everything down while they fold it up and wrap it up before they hand it to you.

First time eating here, wasn’t really sure what to expect. I don’t eat at a lot of sandwich shows so I don’t really know what to compare it to, maybe firehouse subs? Lots of sandwich options, I got the pizza sandwich which was really good. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. They have a rewards program you can signup for and get free cookies and sandwiches. Would like to see more non sandwich options. My kids loved the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Will definitely being going back.

The girls tonight around 9pm 2/19/26 seemed like they hated their lives. The one in the Grey OU sweater literally was mumbling under breath the entire time. Not only did she practically butcher the sandwich I ordered she just was not pleasant at all. I love PotBelly, but they have a bad apple in there. I hope it was just a bad day

I personally don’t think it is worth the price. Paid double meat, 16 bucks for a sandwich and there is barely anything on it and I can’t tell the difference between that one and the normal sandwich. The Mac and cheese I got was also only filled half way. Not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be but I have gotten twice the food at other sandwich shops. 70 bucks for a meal to feed 4 and the sandwiches are super slim with a few slices of meat. All in all it wasn’t worth the cost for the amount we got and paying extra for a bigger sandwich definitely wasn’t worth it. The food is good but costly.

THIS COOKIE IS SOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!! It’s the best thing EVER it tastes like a brownie but it takes like double chocolate chip and it’s big but it’s not too chewy and it’s not too crispy not too thick or thin ITS EVERYTHING.

Thing is. This all feels real and homemade. Cookies when you go out they have that processed taste. THESE DONT. Bacon can be like ham or just have an off flavor when you go places but these DONT. I love the sliced cucumber touch on the sandwich.
One problem I think is the menu. It’s structured weird. At subway, you choose all your ingredients. Other places, it’s all on there when you order it as is like at Panera. This place, I dunno. First time I ordered the sandwich there were toppings but NO sauce AT ALL. I had to pull back around and get a side of Mayo to put on. Was it really meant to be eaten that dry? Or are you supposed to order the sandwich and then ask for mayo? They have like a “add sauces and extras” on the side of the menu that’s easy to miss.
So yeah. That part is weird lol. And the restaurant name. It’s odd marketing decisions I have to wonder if some slight tweaks would be good but I dunno I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
Also the diet Dr Pepper I got tasted WEIRD (like not a low syrup or low carbonation issue) and the sandwiches are NOT photogenic lol as you can see. Every time I try. But they’re so good.
Customer service has been fine. Nothing over the top happy or friendly. Nothing rude or annoying. Takes my order. Makes my sandwich. What else could you ask for?

My first time there was absolutely amazing. The staff was very helpful the front counter person explain some of the stuff and gave recommendations on future orders which I was greatly appreciated of. Had the steakhouse beef, and man, that was the knees. Mac and cheese was very good as well.
