Everything was perfect. In every sense. My partner and I were lucky to have the best server ever, Chelsea I believe. She was so informative, took care of us wonderfully but most importantly she was such a beautiful soul! She was so generous! She gifted us both a toast of champagne, along will a happy anniversary dessert and welcomed us back next time with lasagna ticket. I will forever remember her wonderful service!

First of all, it took three different bartenders to try to make one drink. They were very nice, but the service was very slow after I got my drink after it took him 15 minutes to make my table was already seated, which it took another half hour before we got to order then it took another hour and a half to finally get our food but the food and the drinks were very good, but the service was very, very, very slow. I’m not sure how I feel about coming back since I don’t live in Arizona, but my first experience definitely was not worth coming back.

We had a very nice experience at Maggianos. It was around 11 for an early lunch with the time change for us. Not very busy, service was fantastic. We were very disappointed to learn they have stopped doing the take home meals. Most of the reason we came in the first place. My wife got a recommended martini that she really enjoyed and the touch of leaving the glass shaker on the table is lovely. You are served complimentary bread with oil on sitting down. Soft and warm and tasty. I had the lunch combination with the Caesar salad and the meatball sub. Pretty good deal especially when it came with the potato wedges which I wasn’t expecting. The Caesar was exactly what I wanted nice and refreshing tasting. The meatballs were fantastic and the garlic bread just hit perfectly together. Definitely would order again at lunch. Again a recommendation from our server. The Parmesan potatoes were good but needed a sauce of sorts to help with dryness. My wife had the Alfredo which she enjoyed but didn’t love. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere for not being many patrons at our time of arrival.

Service from our waitress was spot on. Unfortunately, new chefs and horrible tasting sauce. The quality of “spicy” red sauce and frozen shrimp was nasty. Canned garbage. Wow! Don’t even try the good looking chocolate cake. Very artificial tasting. Literally threw it away. Make sauce from scratch! Bring in fresh, large shrimp.

If you want real Italian food with a wonderful atmosphere this is the place to go. We had so much food here we just couldn’t pick one thing we picked a lot of things. Grace was our server and she was so attentive to our needs we never had to ask for water or a drink. When the candle went out she even came and replaced the candle. Very attentive to our needs she was excellent. This is my top Italian restaurant that I have ever been to as I crisscross the United States trying different restaurants. I would recommend all to come out and try this wonderful Italian food.

the only one in Arizona!! boo… went in for lunch, everyone was very nice, wasn’t very busy but then it was a bazillion degrees outside!! wait staff was marvelous and happy to converse, answer questions, and even recommend some dinning options. portions were large for lunch servings, food was fantastic, and desserts delicious too!! and the strawberry lemonade was well loved!! definitely going back to try dinner sometime soon!
