Here’s my honest review; it’s sad when people leave comments that don’t truly reflect the overall business. Clearly when there are large parties and you come in on the weekend you will have to wait a little while for service. With all the negative reviews we honestly didn’t know what to expect. So maybe I should have started with expect the unexpected. Our server “Tina” was top tier. She was very helpful, polite and more over very prompt. There is nothing like exceedingly well customer service. Trust me there were a few large parties and she managed to not only have our food and drinks orders out in a timely manner she also managed to check on us consistently. Service with a smile will always win for me. The food was delicious some things better than others. Overall the food is 4/5. I’m not a fan of those dump season all over everything and eat out of a bag places but this place serves your food in a tray with the option of sauce on the side. I will be coming back because the service alone was worth it! Thanks for a great night out. We loved it.

Tina was an amazing server and really made the experience top-tier. The food was delicious, and let me tell you—the all-you-can-eat is serious business. Seafood lovers, run to this place! The music and vibe were on point.

Second time eating here and both times the food and service were outstanding. Took my son for lunch and our server was Tina. She was very friendly and kept the refills of soda coming without us having to ask. I had the BOGO Thursday Happy hour drinks and they were good and strong. Was hungry so the pics are mid meal

We had a wonderful evening at Diamond Crab. The seafood was fresh and flavorful, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the whole team kept things running smoothly. Tina, our server, stood out — she greeted us warmly, offered helpful recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and handled our requests with a smile. Exceptional service from her made the visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is absolutely worth it! The AYCE for $53.99 is amazing. You get your own pot, can choose your own sauce and spice level — unlike other AYCE spots where you have to share with your group. And those crab clusters? They’re huge! I was already full after just three of them. The service was excellent too — the staff were attentive and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. I loved it and will definitely be back!

First time here and had a me and my lady had a great time. The ambience was chill and nice. The music selection was on point and we’ll defiantly be back. We had the all you can get seafood and it was well worth the price. Tina, our server, was super cool and fantastic. I recommend you ask for her.

Kate and Joe are excellent hosts! The food is always fresh and delicious. Drinks are WELL made. Dining here is like being over a friend’s home. I’ve always felt so welcomed whenever I come – solo or bringing friends! This place is a real gem in Brandywine Crossing.

We ordered the buffet. When the food came out, it was ok. You have to eat everything within 5 minutes if you want luke warm food. The wings were overcooked. The mussels were terrible and the server wasn’t the best. After receiving the food, within 10 minutes, the pan with the seafood boil was ice cold. I had the waitress touch it to see what I meant. Please save your money and go somewhere where you can enjoy hot food and great service. I should have known when the establishment was half empty on a Friday night.

Update to the response from the restaurant: The establishment has a 3.9 star review for a reason & cold weather would not keep someone from a 5 star restaurant. Respectfully, the food wasn’t that great and the seating arrangement doesn’t make someone’s food cold in 5 minutes. The waitress did touch the plate. There was one heater that was used elsewhere. Respectfully, make the establishment a little warmer for guest requesting better seating arrangements that may be closer to the door or advise your guest that you would prefer not seating them close to the door because of the cold draft. Read the comments that speak on the bland food and work on the seasoning. Take care.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, the food was unpleasant. I ordered the lemon pepper wings expecting the usual dry rub, but they came out with a buttery, wet texture instead, which wasn’t what I was hoping for at all.

The bartender, however, was great—very attentive and friendly—and the drinks were good. During happy hour, the wings were $5 (very reasonable) and drinks were also $5, which was a good deal. After happy hour, drinks went up to $15. Even though my drink was good, it definitely wasn’t worth $15, so I didn’t order another.

The main issue was the seafood boil. The prices were cheap for seafood, but unfortunately the taste matched the price. The sauce was honestly disgusting. I even tried a second flavor because I thought maybe it was just the first one I picked, but nope—still nasty. It tasted like straight melted butter and was extremely oily, maybe way too much butter for a base. I never fully finish my seafood boils, but I always take leftovers home. This time, I didn’t even want to carry the leftovers out of the restaurant.

Overall, good bartender and decent happy hour deals, but the food—especially the seafood boil—was a big letdown.
