They have a lot of different flavors. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was so hot inside, it seems like the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They gave me my ice cream and it was already messy. But by the time I sat down, seconds later, it was a big mess all over the table. The cone was so stale and did not taste good. One of the girls was nice enough to change it. Thank you!

Our ice cream was good, so that’s the good part. Other than that, the tables were consistently wiped off. The staff were super slow, making the ice cream, it just wasn’t the best day to go, I guess.

Tastes great at other locations, problem is I paid top dollar w my cup barely filled and the toppings I paid for were not present. Also they do not clean the spatulas correctly and I can taste the previous order. So if you have allergies do not come here because there is cross contamination.

I went to Cold Stone on Portage Street in North Canton. I was there at 4:14 December 16th. When I first walked in, there was a bad odor that smelled like either a cleaning chemical or bug spray. I should have turned around and walked out. Against my better judgment I picked out the ice cream that I wanted and then she started to put it together. She put the fruit on then She mixed it for less than a half a minute and slopped it into a bowl. It was more like a milkshake then ice cream. I could actually pour it out. If it wasn’t for the fruit I could have used a straw. I was the only customer in there and I felt like she could not be bothered. The worst part was when I was eating it I could taste the warm ice cream with a bad taste.

So my boyfriend and I are definitely regulars and we LOVE cold stone but we had a very terrible experience with the bigger girl with pink hair today. 1. She talks WAY more than she works. 2. Didn’t put peanut butter in our ice cream bc she ran out and was too lazy to go get more. 3. When she finally finished, she put everything into a bag gave it to us and said “sorry” with a rude attitude while 2 out of the 4 ice creams spilled open. Didn’t offer to reclose the lids or get us a new bag. 4. She had started the confrontation with a very un inviting look and an only a “What do you guys want”. We ended up paying $25 and some change for the ice cream, and since the girl that was cashing us out was being kind my boyfriend tipped 2 dollars. We typically enjoy the service and the ice cream we get, we would come and get it once or twice a week. The two other servers did great and stayed working, and even seemed irritated with the bigger girl too. I think that name tags should be in place, we will be coming back soon and would enjoy some sorta compensation for our poor service we had. We would love to come back with a 5 star rating, thank you guys!

The girl with blonde hair and pink highlights was very rude! Made our orders wrong and only mixed it for .5 seconds before putting it in a bowl. They were also in the back screaming and cussing and laughing very loudly. Definitely will not be returning and from the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one who had the same experience with this person.

I’m really disappointed to have to write this, but our experience at this Cold Stone location tonight was truly awful. We waited in a line that wasn’t even very long, yet it took over an hour to be served. At least five or six groups ahead of us gave up and left because the wait was so unreasonable.
There were three employees working, but there was no sense of urgency and little to no communication between them. One girl specifically, with blonde and pink hair, spent much of the time talking and walking around while her coworkers did most of the work. It was frustrating to watch, especially as families like ours were trying to be patient.
It also seemed that online orders were being prioritized over the customers who had been waiting in person, which only added to the delay. What was supposed to be a fun Friday evening treat with my family ended up being an hour-long headache.
I really hope management reads this and takes action to improve the organization, teamwork, and training at this location. I also noticed a previous review mentioning the same employee, which suggests this has been an ongoing issue. A little coaching and leadership could go a long way toward fixing the problems we saw tonight.

I love cold stone ice cream, and the employees that worked there a couple of months ago were awesome. Lately the experience has not been pleasant. It seems they have some new employees, and every time we go (about once a week) there is always a line and it takes forever to get through. Last Friday 10/17 I went to get ice cream with my sister and we noticed that they were getting a lot of online orders. The girl with blonde hair and pink highlights, usually puts her hair into two side buns, rolled her eyes every time a new order came through. We have noticed that every time we come this specific girl has a bad attitude. I can understand having a bad day once in a while but if we come once a week and she is always in a bad mood and literally looks like she hates her job then maybe management needs to question her position with the company or do a review. This place used to be amazing, but they need to take a serious look at the people they are hiring before it’s too late.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I come here because this place is supposed to be allergy friendly as they can make all options in the back without cross contamination. However, every time I come to this specific location in North Canton the rudest girl is always here and she is immediately rude and angry when I ask for my ice cream to be made in the back. It’s quite disheartening when you’re having a bad day and just need a sweet treat just for them to treat you poorly and make your day worse. They also are constantly out of ingredients and are rude about that as well as if I should have known they’re out. Anyway, that girl deserves to be fired. Don’t come to this one unless you want to leave upset and with nothing.

Went to Coldstone on Portage. They were very busy. The workers worked at one pace—slow. Had to wait quite while for my ice cream. They did not where gloves while they were working. One boy kept running his hands through his hair and the touching food with out gloves. There was a hair in my ice cream. Disgusting. Did not see an adult working just young kids.
