Only good thing about this experiance was the waitress. Taller black woman. She was very nice and helpful. But thats where it ended.
Appetizer took 25 minutes to come out for some onion rings. Food itself came out 5 minutes after that. We decided we wanted a drink so we both ordered a whiskey. That took about 15 minutes for 1 old fashioned and 1 jack and coke.
The steak I ordered, was ordered medium rare. It came out well done and like sand paper. By far my worst cheddars experiance. Will not ever come back to this location.

Kayla was magnificent. We were a party of 12 adults and 3 children. Our variety of non-alcoholic and alchklic beverages, appetizers and food came out beautifully. No mixups. Kayla was so upbeat, professional. She was the hostess with the mostess. We will go back soon. We all have a wonderful time

The food was typical Cheddar’s. Pretty good. Service was terrible! Server came to table a less than minimum number of times. She didn’t come back after bringing food even tho we asked for refills on drinks (since that was the first time we saw her since ordering). We had to ask other wait staff to get her twice. Not good at all.

Been a while we had been to Cheddars. Pleasantly suprised that the service was still good. The chicken fingers were good, not dry and fried well. The service was good and quick. The food my family ordered came out quickly and they loved it. Restaurant was clean and not very noisy. The bonus, the croissants were still free.

I took my girlfriend and her y/o mom to dinner. We ordered our meals. Her mom wanted the boneless14oz Ribeye, lightly seasoned and medium well with a baked potato with butter only. The steak came and it was rare and with a bone, and the potato had cheese. Sent it back. The manager (I assumed-no intro) brought it back out. Still not medium well and mentioned we ordered boneless. Our server brought the steak out the third time and it was boneless, and medium well. However, I guess the request of light seasoning went out the window on the first order-very salty. Since my girlfriend and I were finished with our meal, we decided to cancel the attempt on the steak and ordered the salmon. It was about an hour after we sat down, and probably 30 minutes after my girlfriend and I finished our meals, did her mom start to eat her protein portion of her meal. This dinner. experience took 1 hr. and 15 minutes. During this, we ordered a second wine which took almost 15 minutes to get. When I asked the server the status of the wine, she replied “I’m still waiting on it.” The manager walked by (not intending to stop and check how things are going) and I stopped her and asked about our wine order. Off she went. It turns out the bar tendered also waits on the tables in the bar area. So, if she/he is busy taking dinner and drink orders on the floor, your drink order is on hold until……. When the “runner” initially served our meals, he dropped several chips on the floor. They stayed there for 13 minutes having been passed over 10 times by the manager, server and the runner.
Finally, our server swept it up. Not a big issue, but if something is dropped, pick it up. We’ve just recently started coming to this restaurant and this is the second time we had to return and wait for a meal to be prepared as we ordered. Last time the server said “The cooks are swamped in the kitchen.”
They comped the salmon, but that doesn’t fix the problem. That was a professional gesture however we were not looking for a free meal, just good service and food so that our family could dine together.
We like this restaurant and were hoping the first bad experience was just a fluke. I guess the next visit will determine if we keep Cheddar’s as a dinner option.

This location is very popular and may require a wait on weekends at peak times but it’s well worth the wait. If you haven’t been to Cheddars give it a try, you’ll love the great variety of home style cooking. Highly recommend the blackened fish.

This was another attempt at a Cheddars and a much more positive one. The food was very good for the price point. The service was excellent and we would go there again!

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience we had during our visit. We were seated and waited about 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by a server. We then informed the hostess at the front that no waiter had come to our table. She said she would look into it, but after waiting longer, still no one came to assist us.
Due to the lack of service or communication, we ultimately decided to leave. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but it wasn’t. Being acknowledged or updated would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and it left us with a very poor impression.
