Im so glad we have KFC in Bad Axe again! I’m a sucker for the famous bowl and the biscuits with honey! The manager, Tiffany Apley, is AMAZING! She is always kind, smiley & actually gives a shit about the customers and the service the employees provide! I dont think the place could run without her!

Okay I don’t even write reviews often and I’m pretty upset about this incident tonight but I just wanna start off for whatever girl works nights needs to fix her attitude when working with customers was ordering and she kept saying after everything I said “anything else??” Well if I was done with my order I would let you know! Get up to the window and she just takes the card out my hand and dosent even say any greeting or anything then just hands me my card and slams her window like wow this is how you treat paying customers?? Then I get my food with the tender meal and the chicken was just not even cooked and was like rubber. Seems to me that I’m not the only person who has a problem with this girl working nights according to the reviews, sounds like management just allows this to happen! Not returning

I always get good service and high quality food, usually without any problem from this location. I am happy that it’s back in Bad Axe as I was very sad when it left. They do better than a lot of the KFC locations around Michigan. Atmosphere is constantly dead, but that’s to be expected post-covid

Well. I didn’t want to do it but I have to. I’ve given this location multiple chances to sort things out. From the first week they were open until just a couple days ago. They have yet to give me my correct order. Either missing sauces or whole sides, or just not getting the correct thing. The food I have gotten is pretty good, I haven’t had anything bad yet, i would just like what I ordered. I once pulled into the drive thru during lunch and got in line. I got up to the speaker to place my order and no one was there. I waited and watched as every vehicle ahead of me received their food and left the drive thru. Still no one came on the speaker. I said hello to the speaker thinking maybe they didn’t know it was a new customer waiting. After a few more minutes I simply left.

The woman working was a very nasty and mean person. When ordering she rushed me and over charged me. Sue was her name.
On top of it I got the wrong order. That looked like slop thrown in a bag. I do not recommend going here! Stay clear until they can get some better assistance!
