We Eat and Drink
Gnoccheria located in the heart of the east village serves up some of if not the best Gnocchi EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had. Each dish is prepared with the best quality ingredients and beautifully served. All of the sauces are absolutely delicious, with the must try Fried Gnocchi with Truffle sauce. We’ve been here only 3 times and we feel like we’ve been coming here for 3 years because of the outstanding service we receive. Good wine selection and Cozy environment for dining. We will continue coming here and recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We were in town for college interviews and a show and of course, the teens found us a restaurant on TikTok! We loved the vibe of the place and our waiter Giorgio was supper attentive and helpful.
2 of us shared the tri colore, one said quattri formaggi was the best, one preferred the pesto. Hubby had purple potato gnocchi with the eggplant marinara and the other teen had the bolognese sauce. I tried them all and really enjoyed each bite!
Can’t wait to go back and try the meatballs.

Excellent. Service was impeccable. Highly attentive and engaging wait staff. We had the brushetta, 4 gnocchi and burrata plate, and lasagna. The lasagna was sooo good. My son ate the whole piece. All four of the gnocchi (four cheese, pomodoro, butter & sage, and pesto) on our plate were delicious. Brushetta was very fresh and tasty. Im so glad we put this on our list to try while in NY.

Tried Gnoccheria with some out of town friends that needed to get out of their midtown bubble after my wife saw the restaurant on a tik tok. Was really happy with the choice and the unique menu with obvious focus on gnocchi. Two of us ordered the sample which was too much food for 1 person (designed for 2) but great for sharing. I had the milenesa (chicken cutlet) with gnocchi and another tried the carbonara. Went light on apps but apps all looked good. Bruschetta comes in 3’s but with four of us they brought an extra piece. My only criticisms would be that the wine list is limited, no full bar and I’d suggest they add a ricotta gnocchi (all were potato based) but none of this detracted from the experience. Tables set far apart by NYC standards and definitely did not feel rushed. Prices were also reasonable—wine, apps and dinner specials for 4 came to only $225. Didn’t order dessert as we were really full but the fried gnocchi with Nutella looked great on other tables

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I’ve been wanting to try this spot for months now after seeing it on TikTok when I just came home from a trip to Italy so I’ve been making for authentic Italian dishes and the wait was so worth it. My mom and I came to NYC this weekend, so of course this had to be our first place to try. The 4 gnocchi shareable meal and wine were amazing!! Will be coming here everytime I visit NYC. Servers were also amazing, thank you all so much!!

I can’t sing the praises of this restaurant enough. First the food is absolutely delicious. The desserts are amazing. Their panna cotta is maybe the best I’ve ever had. But it’s the service that truly makes this place remarkable. The personal touches they do to show you that they care about their customers. I had made a reservation for the night and my girlfriend had left her scarf behind. They were kind enough to make sure to call me to let me know that they had the scarf and would hold it until I could pick it up. Service and attention like this is rare. Food that tastes like this is rare. But the combination of everything is extremely rare. Do yourself a favor, go enjoy a great night and a terrific meal here

If you’re a gnocchi enthusiast and love having options, this place is a must-visit! They offer a wide variety of gnocchi types, including potato, spinach, fried, stuffed, and purple potato. They also have a range of sauces and preparations, although some of the sauces don’t contain any protein and it’s a bit pricey for what it is. While we didn’t receive the complimentary bread as mentioned in other reviews, the cozy ambiance and excellent service made up for it.

The bruschetta and savory gnocchi were delicious! I had the classic potato gnocchi in the piselli sauce; another member of our party did the same, but with bolognese sauce. If you try the four gnocchi “sampler” with burrata, it’s definitely enough for two (maybe three) people to split. Unfortunately, we were too full to try any of the dessert gnocchi – maybe next time!

The restaurant was accommodating to our large group by calling even thought online reservations said none available. Definitely try the tasting entree so you don’t have to commit to one sauce. Drinks good. Fun vibe. Good value for a very viral place, price high by in line with NYC.
