I know it’s an airport restaurant, but is this how far the quality has dropped with 5 locations and a little over a decade since my last Blucy?
Absolutely the worst Jucy Lucy style burger I have EVER had.
Pathetic.
Dry.
Generic bun.
No chance to burn myself as it barely had anything in the burger.
So disappointed with the food, it’s not even funny. Thankfully the service was good.
Do better, Blue Door, or just close this location if it’s an “airport” excuse, cuz this was garbage.

I’m dropping it down to 1 star for the copy/paste reply from the company that they have given every other poor review, which appears to be the majority.
Really wishing I had read the reviews in advance of getting my expectations up.
Now I’m just angry that I paid $15 for that garbage meal.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS – if you want a burger, there’s a Smashburger a little up the concourse that could probably do better than this, cuz I can’t imagine much worse.

We got the Nacho Totchos with chicken and it was pretty good! It was certainly a lot of food. The service was quick and friendly. They let us change the TV to our game and also stay after we ate to watch it.

Don’t order food here. The Blucy burger, famous for blue cheese, was a dry, beef-colored sponge with mere specks of something cheese-ish. Left me a bit hangry. Service was fine, but I didn’t go there for service.

Bartenders are always great. Service is slow, and management really needs to have a conversation with the cooking staff. I have ordered a classic bluesy, and every time the first one they send out does not have cheese in the center. The staff always seems to have a bad attitude when I send the burger back.

We had a quick burger and fries today. My husband and I shared it. Really wanted a beer but she never came over again until she brought us our ticket. Horrible service! Sat there for probably 15-20 minutes before someone finally came and gave us a menu. We were there when it was breakfast but waited until they served lunch at 11:00. Burger and fries were great!!!! The waitress should think again about her job. I saw a couple tables of people get up and leave because they didn’t get waited on. Saw a girl get a menu but she sat there for probably 30 minutes. I’ll never go back.

My husband, infant, and I stopped here on our layover. Initially, the “seat yourself” sign was facing the inside of the seating area, and the waitress was rude when I asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves. That same waitress ended up serving us, and she was swaying on the fine line between stressed and rude. When my coke was brought out it was flat, and did not have enough syrup. When our food arrived nearly 45 minutes later, I was very disappointed to see my spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was very small, and it was supposed to be topped with coleslaw. There was maybe a teaspoon of coleslaw on the chicken. My sandwich is pictured.

Nice space, good atmosphere, reasonable menu, terrible service. Waited, waited, waited…finally got a server. Clearly disinterested and inattentive. Brought the beer, forgot the water. Waited, waited, waited…finally came back and took my order. No water. Water finally arrived after asking again, then food. Ordered the Hot Mother Clucker. Decent burger, half the fries were cold. Waited, waited, waited…no revisit for additional beverages or check on food. A customer sitting beside me left after being seated for 15 minutes with no server. Had to go to the bar to ask for the bill…nobody at the bar would help, I was referred to the invisible server. Finally got the bill, paid and left. Best part of the meal was the Bent Paddle IPA…fantastic local beer. But otherwise, almost non-existent service made this place memorable and forgettable. 2/5. Go elsewhere.

This is the perfect place to sit if you have hours at the airport. Because that’s how long it will take you to get a menu, and your order taken and then your mediocre food. I was there on a Friday at 1:45 pm. I got a menu at 2:10. My food at 2:25. But at the least the food was hot, right? Nope. Fries could have been from 10 days ago because they were room temp. Chicken, or at least that is what they call it was rubbery and dry at the same time. I maybe ate 3/4 of the meal. Luckily I asked for the check when I got my food or who knows how long I would have been there. The waitress was friendly, I will give her that. I have given this place way too many chances. More than I should have so that is on me. This review is long overdue. I am done Blue Door Pub. $27 after tip for bad food and that was with water and no cocktail. Close down the kitchen and just be a pub. Hopefully you can get that right.
