White Castle is really nice with the exception of upselling customers. I ordered a number nine cheeseburgers with two additional drinks and then the lady fed what do you want for your second side and we ordered mozzarella sticks assuming that it was a second side for the number 9 meal. No this was a upsell and then they didn’t even bother to give us our fries. The discount saved a $1.70 and we feel like we got robbed while eating in their store.
With this exception White Castle is still pretty good. Their food is just as it should be and their chicken wings are really cool and good. They also work great on your burgers.

I made reservations for Valentine’s Day. The staff went all out to make it special. They had cute menus, roses, table cloths, candles and other decorations, and free cupcakes. Our waitress took our order, brought us our food and refills. It was so much fun!

Absolutely the best service!!!! Drove 2 hours to get some sliders, never disappoint! They were all super friendly! I absolutely love this location, and the staff! Recommend going in and getting to talk with the employees! The manager was super friendly! Will keep coming back! And on top of everything we ordered 2 of the crave case 30 sliders in each and a clutch case 20 so 80 sliders! We have a huge family and take a lot home for others lol and they were all pleased to help make our huge order! Thank yall! You made our trip so much better with the positive attitudes and fresh food!

I went to high school in St. Louis and have lived in Texas for years now. While in Columbia on business, I was excited to see a White Castle near my hotel. I used to love White Castle back in the mid-90s when I was in high school, and I couldn’t wait to relive those memories. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment.
When I walked in, four employees saw me standing at the counter — one even walked past me — and no one said a word. Not a hello, not a “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. No smiles, no sense of friendliness, and they all looked like they didn’t want to be there. I waited at least 5–10 minutes before anyone helped me, and there was no line, no one in the drive-thru, and only one other customer in the dining room who already had his food.
I got my order to go, but sadly, the food was just as disappointing as the service. The sliders were nothing like I remembered — bland, unappealing, and just not worth it. The chicken sliders were no better.
I have some great memories of White Castle from my high school days, but this experience erased any desire to ever return. Sadly, this was my last visit to a White Castle.

Stopped in here on a Sunday morning September 14, 2025 only to find them closed. Unexpected, as Google Maps said they were open. Hope we aren’t losing this location. ❤️ Gooey Butter Cake on a stick pic is from a previous visit. Great for a small bite of something sweet after your sliders.

30 min for FAST food… bathrooms were dirty, only 4 people ahead inside and outside and still waited 20 min in drive thru, just to wait 10 min while at window. Food was soggy, definitely not what was expected while waiting that long and expecting it to be for freshness.. gave 1 extra star for food due to my slider as a 1921 being better than my families’ sliders, and service as 1 extra because staff was friendly but also not organized, while we had to point out we hadn’t got drinks, told again yes we paid, when another asked & drinks were next to the 3rd person that came to window. Luckily, just passing through town so no plans to return anyway..

I just ate dinner this evening at White Castle for the first time. This location had amazing customer service. The staff were friendly and personable. The food was exactly what I expected and delicious (3 original sliders, 3 cheese sliders and onion rings). The onion rings were high quality, crispy and better than any fast food establishment I’ve been too. The my also had a good sitcom on TV and made it seem like I was eating dinner at home. I would definitely come back and I might have to try the Belgian waffle slider in the morning. Thank you White Castle staff for making my first experience top notch.

It is White Castle food, but it was fresh and accurate. The place was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful! I asked for some suggestions and they were right about the chicken sandwiches and onion rings! I do not remember the last I thought “what a well run place” regarding fast food. However, I did have that thought about this location today.

I’m not a fan of White Castle, however, my husband is, and he makes it a point to stop at this particular White Castle when passing through on our road trips for the burgers. I, however, did order the chicken rings and a order of onion rings, let’s say they did not disappoint .

I mean it’s White Castle so if ya know ya know. These are not everyone’s cup of tea but if they’re not you’re missing out. It’s not a gourmet 5* burger. Meat Swiss cheese cooked on a bed of onions that give it amazing flavor profile. Try it once and ya may have your new favorite go to.
