Breakfast sandwiches were solid but OMG we waited a half an hour for them. Not sure if they forgot our order or what. No apologies or anything. Other people got their food first. I heard a staff member tell someone else the eggs come pre-cooked and frozen, just FYI.

Our experience at the store was largely good. The kids enjoyed the ice cream and we got some decent breakfast sandwiches, especially for the price. The downside was the pizza. We got pepperoni and cheese pizzas. The pepperoni was pretty good. However the cheese was burnt and the cheese was missing on a slice. SMH. The kids barely ate any of it and it was kinda pricey for what it was. All in all, breakfast options = okay, pizza =inconsistent at best.

Nice store. Looking to see what they do with the shop since the new owners came in. So far they have bait, some fishing gear, some food stuffs, cold drinks, coffee and breakfast things, and icecream. Looks nice and clean. Bright. Happy so see they are staying a part of the community.

Always love going to this super friendly store. Great coffee and breakfast baked good and sandwiches. It by the flag when you are walking down the beach. No dogs allowed inside though.

We live in Milton and our daughter just bought a house at Broadkill Beach. We stopped in the Broadkill Store to get some lunch and found out they were making pizza. We are originally from Brooklyn, NY, so we are very fussy about our pizza.
We ordered a cheese pizza and it was the best basic cheese pizza we’ve had in DE since moving to DE in 1996.
This is a great community store and the people are warm and friendly and they know how to make a NY pizza. The nice thing for us is we only live 10 minutes away. This is an easier trek than other destinations we go to for pizza.

Stopped in for milkshakes and ice cream, which was nice after a long day at the beach. This is the typical corner store you’d expect in the middle of nowhere. Nice to have a place nearby that has the essentials for food and drinks and they also have beach equipment just in case you forgot yours…chairs, umbrellas, etc., and of course they have souvenirs.
