The chicken tacos I just ate were FABULOUS.
Although I usually order a chicken burrito (with rice, black beans, sautéed fresh vegetables, corn, pico and hot sauce), while my mife, a vegetarian, usually orders a tofu salad (with red beans, sautéed fresh vegetables and pico), I decided to try something different this time, and was not disappointed.
A great VALUE too!
BTW #1: Some of our friends who joined us (believe it or not, they had never before eaten a taco!) marveled at the savory flavor and “kick” from the spices!
We (and our friends!) can’t wait to go back again!
BTW#2: The staff at Pancheros Spring House are super friendly!

Do not waste your money at this establishment. The restaurant is dirty, and the food is even worse. The staff did not greet us when we walked in, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I can’t say for sure what the issue was, but the experience felt uncomfortable. My quesadilla was soggy and disgusting. I would recommend going to Chipotle or Qdoba instead of this place.

I got the steak quesadilla. The cheese was overly salty with a weird texture the steak was dry. Plus the bar didn’t look that clean either and some of the tables were a bit dirty. Honestly you’re better off getting a quesadilla at Wawa!!!

Used to eat here all the time. Not sure if the restaurant is under new management but I believe the new owner was working the register. Employees weren’t the issue but the man at the register seemed to have a bad attitude. I wanted to let him know I had free reward and he told me he didn’t care what I had just to scan the barcode (in a negative tone)
He purposely rang it for the queso I got in my burrito and not the chips and queso. I was charged for the more expensive chips and queso instead of the queso in my burrito as he claimed that I didn’t say chips and queso.
All in all, bad experience with the service and the negative responses. Not coming back here again.

Only thing I ate on Sunday was no lettuce, but vegetables bowl. Not a vegetarian. However, within hours I started with food poisoning symptoms. Out of work for 2 days, my doc confirmed food poisoning. Employee very nice and smiled and I assume manager as he was dressed differently, no smile, no welcome, what do you want and right to checking me out. No thank you even with a tip. I won’t be returning.

Brutally terrible experience. Walk in, guy working the pots drops the utensil used to stir the pots on the floor and puts it back. Get to my order, dude is putting my quesadilla together with his hands. He’s ignoring the scoopers, grabbing steak, veggies, cheese, and wet pico, and dropping them onto my quesadilla. Whole time dude is doing this he’s got an airpod in one ear on a call speaking in another language. Ain’t a single person up there change gloves once in the ten minutes I was there. Pancheros used to be fire, now terrible.

Absolutely love the burritos but sometimes the workers forget to or don’t mix the burrito ingredients well. Other than that this is such a great location and great food.

The food quality is good and fresh. I was pleased with the outcome. I’m more of a corn tortilla fan – not so much flour. But the flour tortillas at Pancheros are freshly made which sets them apart from the rest. And tastes great! I had a chicken burrito with rice, black beans, grilled peppers, cheese, corn, and guacamole. I will be back to visit and try some other protein options like the carnitas.
Prices are fair. A little overpriced for 2-tacos. Which led me to order a burrito for a dollar difference. However, I spent less than I would have if I had gone to Chipotle. And would prefer Pancheros over them too- in my opinion.
The atmosphere isn’t the best if you want to dine in. Meaning, don’t expect any music or modern decor. But it’s worth stopping by and grabbing some food to-go if you prefer that.

I am prime member of Pancheros lol. Among Chipotle, Qdoba, Moes, and Pancheros – PANCHEROS IS THE BEST. They have well cooked rice, the hot sauce is my favorite and for a burrito they mix everything with a spoon at the end of your order.
The only thing I would like to suggest to the team working here is to work on your skills on how to roll a burrito so they don’t burst and it’s easy to eat. Pancheros in Bedminster, NJ and Bridgewater, NJ does a fantastic job at rolling the burritos.

best quesadilla & burrito I’ve ever had!! This place is my go to sometimes I eat here once a week haha. The food here is ten times better & tastier than Chipotle… the meat is always moist & flavorful. Never dry. The staff is always super friendly.
