We’re apart of a traveling convention team and Brett made this Olive Garden experience unique and whimsical. The food was great! But Brett made our night spectacular A+++++

Luchandley was amazing!!!! She had the best personality and she greeted us within 30 seconds of sitting down! We ordered bread and alfredo to dip in and that came out immediately, she never let our drinks get below half and she was always there to clear the table if needed! Definitely recommend asking for her!!! All the staff seem super friendly and happy!!

I did it to go order the person that came out. He was really nice, but when I got my food, it was really dry and the noodles was over cooked . I wasn’t pleased with it at all.

I guess going on a Wednesday just isn’t the thing to do. Servers complain in the dining room about how they don’t like working on Wednesday because it’s slower than Monday. That made me instantly want to leave because being in the food industry for so many years, the last few thing I need before bed is to eat from a place where the staff isn’t happy. The energy and lack of care just spills into the food. Although my server wound up being nicer towards the end of our meal, being rushed to order really changed my appetite. Although he said “take your time”; watching him pase and hover made me think, “let me just get my kids this pasta they wanted so bad, order something small and leave”! The chicken gnocchi soup was VERY salty, so I exchanged it for Zuppa Toscana. I also don’t recommend putting there people at a two top. I wanted appetizers since I only ordered soup and salad but the table was already over crowded from just my soup and bread I was wondering where my kid’s plate might fit. My server (forgot his name) did get me a fresh salad to take home once we were checking out and no matter where I go, I always tip generously because like I said, many many years in this industry; but tips are based on my overall experience. For me to want a night off from cooking and all my little one wanted was “pasta with fries”, I almost wish I would of saved $60 and just made it at home. Maybe we just won’t go on a Wednesday anymore. Word of advice, if you’re going to complain about your job, do it in the back of the house or the parking lot.

Listen, y’all…Olive Garden is good. We all know that. HOWEVER, this location has something that the others do not, and that is Ms. Kathy. I can say without exaggeration that she was the best waitress I have ever had in my 36 years on this earth. We came in for my birthday and we were lucky enough to be seated in Ms. Kathy’s area and she went above and beyond to ensure our visit was fantastic. She was friendly, funny, and made sure our drinks were always full and that our food was hot and delicious. I will always come back as long as Ms. Kathy is there. Genuinely she is fantastic and Oliver Garden is lucky to have her!

My grandchildren and their other grandmother surprised me with a birthday meal here on the Sunday before my birthday. They brought me a bouquet of flowers when they picked me up. Their soups and breadsticks and pasta entrees are awesome. I had a dessert birthday coupon so I tried the pumpkin cheesecake. It was very good.

I Love olive garden i go there every chance I can this experience was so horrible I ordered calabrian steak & shrimp Bucatini house salad, no olives and breadsticks, chicken parmesan, as well house salad and breadsticks, the only thing that I liked out of the whole meal was the breadsticks they’re always on time, everything else tasted so horrible. I ordered the same thing every single time and I’ve never had a problem with the food but I will say this whole experience was horrible as well. The server never came outside. I waited outside for 48 minutes and when I went inside after another customer said you might as well go in cause, they never come outside. Are you kidding me? I just got off work and I’m tired.That’s why I ordered online so I didn’t have to get out of my truck and even then, I didn’t get upset.Sure I was annoyed.But I work , and I understand i’ve worked in fast food i’ve worked in restaurants so I understand you know , you get busy in get behind and but forty eight minutes , that’s ridiculous and should not happen.n And the bad part about it is they weren’t even busy Olive gardens always busy, but they weren’t that busy, not like they usually are usually the place is packed out. People waiting no one was waiting. But the people outside in their car there was orders sitting there waiting to be taken out and they can’t use that they’re shorthanded , because if you’re short handed , I guess maybe the boss should have help the girl out, but no, she was standing there.Holding counter down and I stood there for a few minutes before they even acknowledged that I was standing there. It took me to say I was waiting out in my car for 48 minutes, and no one ever came. Another customer told me, I should just come in, so I did the Attitude , these two had toward me like I was bothering them was disgusting behavior i don’t ever want anybody to get fired.But these 2 i think the manager needs to step down.And someone else needs to step up because this lady is a manager and this is how she makes her crust.Customers feel like they’re bothering her.And then after waiting all that time I get home at this point i ordered my food at 645 I got there at 7pm but my pick up time wasn’t until. 7:30 PM so I didn’t get my food until 7:58 PM, how that’s ridiculous.Don’t tell me to be there at 730 and not get my food until 7:58. Crazy thing is, is I checked in at 730 like they said to, and I was even a couple minutes early checking in. I had been there in the parking lot cause I was too early But I checked in to number 9 And not only was it cold, but it was horrible disgusting food, I’ve ate at Olive Garden so many times before now. And this is the worst service, worst food out of all the restaurants I’ve ever been to, and I’m not exaggerating, I’m dead serious I will never go back to this one. I will go to northside but I won’t go to south side. Whoever runs northside knows what they’re doing. Whoever’s running this south side needs to step down on someone else’s needs to step up just saying that and get a new chef. My order number was 808923

The server was very good and we had non stop bread sticks and soup.
The food was perfectly made. I got mine with extra mushrooms.
I got the Chicken Marsala with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes, and had the chicken Gnocchi soup which is a favorite and very popular.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 Stars – Service, 3 Stars – Management) Date of Visit: October 18, 2025 Time: Around 1–3 PM We had lunch at the Olive Garden in Lakeland today and were lucky to have Carmilla as our server. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made our dining experience outstanding from start to finish. She was attentive without hovering, made sure everything at our table was right, and handled everything with patience and class — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. I work in the customer service field myself, so I understand the importance of recognizing employees who truly deliver an excellent guest experience. Carmilla went above and beyond and absolutely deserves recognition from her branch manager and district manager. The only issues we experienced were that our main entrées took quite a while to come out — our kids’ meals were served well before ours, and one of my kids actually finished eating before our meals arrived. I also requested to speak with the manager on duty to personally compliment Carmilla, but unfortunately no one came to our table. Even so, I wanted to make sure Carmilla’s exceptional service doesn’t go unnoticed. She turned what could’ve been an average visit into a great one, and she’s the reason we’ll be returning to this location.

Steak was gray. Sent back twice same thing. Sick employees serving. Nice guy but employer should give them sick time and send him home. Chicken gnocchi with chicken or gnocchi. Terrible experience. Manager did not even come talk to us. It falls on manager to make sure food is not spoiled. Throw out the meat if bad. Don’t serve it.
