Today, I purchased food from broadway location. When I opened it, I found visible mold. I returned to the store, but the staff refused to refund me, saying only the GM could approve it.
This is unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund and follow-up action to ensure food safety standards are being enforced at this location. I have photos and the receipt to verify the issue.

This will be the third order in the past few weeks that I AM MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED WITH!!!!! THE TOPPINGS ARE PATHETIC! I ordered extra pickle…… where are the toppings???? It is not like these combos are cheap anymore. Then when you call no one answers the phone. So should we pull over it inspect our food before we drive away?? Absolutely ridiculous!

This location was drive-thru only which is a bit annoying. You want to eat in the air conditioning instead of in your car. The single I got was terrible. The meat was over cooked and dry as a bone. It was like a piece of shoe leather. The fries are really bad and used to be good. You really can’t get a good meal at Wendy’s anymore. It’s really is a shame because it used to be my favorite fast food burger. Nobody really cared for the meal that day. The service was good and we got what we ordered. If your starved I’d give it a try but it’s hard to reccomend based on the food quality.

Ordered 6 frosties. Asked for them to be put in a drink carrier instead of a bag. Cashier (fake orange hair) immediately got mad, said her “boss won’t let me use a a carrier” then slammed the door on us. When we asked the other girl (dark hair) she said that was the assistant manager then refused to five us our frosties. We have been going weekly almost and orderng frosties and always get a drink carrier. They also threatened to call the cops because we kept asking for our order to be given to us. Apparently, because we used Boo book coupons, which we had to pay for, that made it ok to yell obscenities at me. Now I have a car full of extremely upset children who don’t understand why they cannot have their frosties. Will be a cold day in hell before we go back to that store. I’ll drive 30 minutes instead of 5 if I want Wendy’s.

Worst Wendy’s ever! I’m gluten free and travel a lot. I always count on Wendy’s to have good food and understand the issue of gluten free. Not this Wendy’s. And a very “unwelcoming “ Wendy’s. First thing you see when you walk in are signs that say “should you stay or should you go”….I almost went. The lobby is very uninviting. There is no menu posted, only little laminated cards with no prices. You can use the kiosk, or eventually someone will come to the entrance and take your order. I asked if they had could do a lettuce wrap. Absolutely not. Ok ….do you by chance have a gluten free bun(I have been at random Wendy’s that carry them). No the Manager says nothing here is gluten free. Really, I said, I’m sure your beef is gluten free…I was about to start in on the lettuce, tomatoes, etc but I was hungry. After several tries she took our order. The food was good but the vanilla frosty was tasteless. Very small lobby and most of the lobby is shared with the bathroom hallway. Lovely to sit in the hallway to the bathrooms and eat your lunch. Horrible lobby design……probably designed to send you to the drive through. Although after reading the drive through reviews don’t think I’ll be visiting this Wendy’s again. Their manager should read Wendy’s own postings about their no gluten ingredient options!

This location does not have cashiers. It’s only 1 screen automatic that cannot do specials. If you want to pay cash you have to find someone’s attention. I would not recommend going to this Wendy’s if you want any kind of human interaction. Super disappointed in this location going to a terrible automated service. There is no service here.
Also almost no place to sit inside. They want you to do the drive through here.

If you walk into this store and you have cash they will not wait on you. They only want you going through the drive-thru or paying with a card at the kiosk. There were eight workers who looked at me and did not bother to come over to take my order. The manager asked me are you paying with cash and I said yes and she said well you’re just going to have to wait. This is the root of store and the rudest employees I have ever seen and I’m a person who works in the food industry. I left the store not ordering the thing

The last few times we have been to this location it’s been JANKY!
Fries have been cold burgers have so much ketchup & mayo it falls out the bottom who in there right mind would eat a burger sopped in so much ketchup and mayonnaise. I don’t know what happened to this location but food has went to hell and we won’t be back it’s just as bad as the alcoa one.
Not sure the workers understand that’s it’s the customers who gives them there paycheck!
If your looking for a deal for steal then you need to check out the biggie bags here at Wendy’s!
$5 Bag includes a cheeseburger,4 piece nuggets,small fry, small drink all for $5 they also have $6 bag & $7
Highly recommend this Wendy’s I always choose this one over any of them my food is ALWAYS FRESH & HOT!

I went through the drive thru today. I gave the person at the window my debit card. Within 2 hours my card was used at Kroger, Walmart and a few other stores. Over $600.00. I will never go to this location again. This was a little before 5pm today.
