Pretty much the only place around I can get an Italian beef sub and it is phenomenal. I don’t think I would go anywhere else if I had the option. The lemon garlic aioli is a must. I’ve never ate inside but there are picnic tables outside.

This is my number one spot for their salads especially their CHOP SALAD! The best. Hearty and I know I’m getting a good dose of veggies I need. Love the dressings which they provide separately if requested. Love, LOVE that bread provided as well! Fast friendly service!

Visited for lunch based on other reviews. Nice setup and decore. You step on and there’s a long counter where you can see them making salads and other items. There’s also a deli display of you want to buy their meat and cheeses. Staff is extremely pleasant and engaging. Several sandwiches, salads, and sides to choose from. I tried the eggplant Parm and the blue salad. Everything is made to order but the wait is short. They also have an entire wall of condiments and Italian sauces, dips, and canned items. The seating situation is extremely limited inside. There weren’t any seats available. They have tables and benches outside, but it was hawtttt. That is the one thing to consider if you’re dining in. I’d be hesitant to bring colleagues or plan an actual sit in lunch here. The sandwich was amazing. The salad was very good too, but it got wilty quick in the heat. Overall, this place does have excellent food and service. A little spendy, I paid 30.00 for the sandwich and salad with a modest tip. The parking lot is small, I parked in the street. Definitely recommend.

My gosh, what a great place for decadent sandwiches!! The chicken parm is incredible, make sure you try it with pesto. The meatball one is out of this world, soft, juicy, well seasoned… and they give you extra marinara to coat it like a mad man.
My only regret is they have just a handful of tables.
A must in Detroit! And they were open on President’s Day.

Great place to stop for a sandwich! Had the Rocco and a tortellini salad for a side… delish! Polite and friendly team behind the counter, and nice selection of ingredients available for any Italian meal you might be making at home

This place blew my mind. The sandwiches brought me back to eat sandwiches on the streets of Florence. They were incredible. I’m still dreaming about the Rocco. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. We also got the eggplant parmesan and it was great as well.

Every sandwich here is great, you can’t go wrong. You can tell that the owners take pride in making a good sandwich. I am a regular here. Give them a try!!

The best Italian deli sandwiches I’ve ever had. My husband got the meatball and I had the club. Both were outstanding. The bread for both was delicious. The sun dried tomato pesto in my club was out of this world. We live in Chicago and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive just for these sandwiches. Their desserts are also very very good.

The $15 chicken parmesan sandwich was so disappointing and underwhelming. The chicken was very thin and didn’t have a lot of flavor, and the breading was not good. Sicily’s in Corktown has a MUCH better chicken Parmesan sandwich!!! I promise you. I might try something else at Rocco’s but overall, not impressed… won’t be back any time soon.

5/5 Rocco’s sandwiches are the real deal! Ridiculous amount of food and loved every bite. I wish I could take a jar of the pesto spread home. Can’t wait to return.
