We have always heard how great this place is so I am happy we got to stop and try it! The people working were so nice and took our orders quickly and the food came out pretty quick too! We got the combination platter 1,2 and 3! Combination platter 3 had a bit too much fried stuff for us but I would definitely recommend getting the combination 1 or 2! We did see a lot of people ordering a large plate and sharing off of it so we are for sure gonna try that next time!

It took me three trips to Boissevain before I finally tried Choy’s. I am glad I did. I ordered something simple. Chicken fried rice. It came out steaming hot and delicious. It was plenty of food for one person. The restaurant was very rustic and when I first walked in I thought it was take out only till I was told there is seating in the back.
My server was prompt and checked back with me from time to time.
The only negative I can think of is the post meal fortune cookie was very stale.

This place is not the same as the other chinese restaurant I’ve been to, in a very good way. I had combo plate #3 and it was so delicious and the serving size was a lot. The lady who served us even gave us a freebie, which we love!

Wow! What a little gem of a place. The food was delicious and more than adequate. The staff and owners were very friendly.
We are a couple and ordered 3 dishes and there’s plenty left for another full meal. The next time we’re in the area, we’re definitely going to go back.

We were in town for hockey provincials and came for dinner 🙂 Our server was fantastic and attentive. The food was fantastic!! Very large portions, good prices, and I think the chicken balls were home made ❤️ so delishious! You definitely must come eat here!

We had 19 people in our party. The server was excellent and did not miss a beat from taking our orders to the final bill. The kitchen served up delicious dishes, including some vegetarian ones that were very tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that visits or is in Boissavain.
