Pizza exceeded our expectations! It was quite great from the dough on up. The two young ladies running the place were really charming, happy and friendly. Service to our table was excellent and efficient, though we were upstairs and it was very busy.
The deck was wonderful, with a nice view and fresh breezes from the bay.
It’s not fancy by any means, but if you’re looking for a really good pizza and a cold beer in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, Grampa Tony’s won’t disappoint. Great value too, considering the location!

We were so excited to find a place that had outdoor seating so our dog could sit with us while we ate. It was unclear if there are other dog friendly places so this was top in our book as campers. The pizza was perfect and the ice cream was definitely something we did more than once during our trip.

Visited twice during our stay in Madeline Island, first for the ice cream, and then for the food (hot Italian sandwich). Great food and service each time with a great outdoor sitting area. Would definitely recommend and return when back in the area!

What a fun staple on the island! Service was a bit slow but they were busy, so it’s understandable. The pizza and garlic bread were delicious and moderately priced. The pizza was thick and good quality.

My husband said his pizza was good. I had chicken Caesar salad. Salad and dressing was good, I did not eat the chicken. It was barely browned and seemed a little sketchy. We asked for to go so we could eat outside. We realized after the fact that they charged us $2 for to go order yet they brought it outside on glass plates. Outside area was a little uncared for.

We ordered a pizza and it was DELICIOUS!!! Friendly staff and clean restaurant! We ended up outside at a picnic table as it was so nice. Staff found us right away to bring us our pizza. Will visit again!!!!
