My review is only for the food and some part of the service at this location. The address is a bit weird. Its mostly likely Franklin street. but goes as Monroe.
I have been there a couple of times (8-10 times), but today is the last time I will ever go there.
Usual pattern –
Chicken bowl – may be 4-6 pieces of chicken – past orders
today’s order – steak bowl – find me steak in it. photos attached. May be 3 or 4 pieces.
Not expecting the bowl to be overloaded BUT felt like they are intended to put in less of everything.
One scoop of rice
little bit of steak or chicken or whatever
Rest of the toppings—don’t mention.
First photo – when the bowl is “full”.
Second photo – after I ate some of the food. you might find 3 or 4 pieces of steak there.

I usually enjoy Chipotle and order the Veggie Bowl because I’m a vegetarian. Somehow there were pieces of chicken mixed into my bowl. This was disappointing, as it completely defeats the purpose of ordering a vegetarian meal and dietary preferences and restrictions should be taken seriously. I had to stop eating my meal, which was frustrating and wasteful. This experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the staff can be more careful about cross-contamination going forward, especially for customers who specifically order vegetarian options.

I experienced RACIAL activity yesterday it was my first time and it was so dis heartening As walking to the front door I noticed it was closed but the cooks was still in the front I knocked they didn’t acknowledge me or even looked up I went to the other door and knocked cause maybe that was the wrong door so I went over there they looked up and still didn’t acknowledge me I was picking up a delivery that was just chips. So I went to the receptionist that was next door and asked what’s going on how do I get my order he said just knock a little harder and told me they come to the side door to give food so I went and knocked again they looked up and looked down I went to the other side same results so I decided to walk to my car and I see other delivery drivers walking up they they came and gave her food quick she was Mexican . so I got out my car and asked why did I get ignored she said “you was banging too hard “ which was after the receptionist told me to knock a lil harder I felt so sad someone else walked up and they came very quickly for the other guy as well he was white..I felt my skin tone made them judge me

The service was absolutely terrible. They made me wait five minutes just for cleaning, then pushed all the food containers to the back and the worker(A big guy with small glasses) asked what I wanted to order. I didn’t ask for red chili salsa, but the staff put a full scoop in anyway. I asked for lettuce and even double-checked because I had a feeling he missed it. He, in an annoyed tone, told me twice that he already put it in. (When I got back to the office and opened it, there was no lettuce. See photo,-where is lettuce?) This place is truly awful. My mood was completely ruined by the terrible service here. The Chipotle near my home provides great service, but not here. I’m never coming back. You’ll likely experience the same frustrating service that I had.

Man, I’ve been on a Chipotle spree like never before, and this spot? It’s been my rock. I’m all about that Chipotle App life, and every time, my order’s good to go exactly when they say it is.
Started off just doing burrito bowls, but now I’ve fully embraced the burrito life. And when I’m not feeling like a feast, I roll with a custom taco – my “baby burrito” hack, if you will.
This place is a perpetual hustle, like always buzzing with people. Weirdly enough, that’s the secret sauce – all that crowd means the meat’s always crazy fresh. Who knew busy could be a good thing?
Long story short, Chipotle is on the agenda for tomorrow again. Easy ordering, a menu that’s my style, and freshness that keeps me coming back. They’ve got the casual food game down pat.

This location has been slowly going downhill and has officially hit bottom. I’m normally ok with an issue here and there, but this app order was messed up beyond reason. I didn’t ask for any sour cream… and they basically gave me a bowl that’s drowning in sour cream. My pick up time wasn’t even during a busy time (11 am). I have nothing against sour cream but this is disgusting… And all of this ignoring that I picked chicken al pastor and they gave me regular chicken.

This place has really gone down in its food quality, employees and cleanliness, it is horrible. Today’s chicken was super salty and not edible. Unfortunately I did not eat it u til I came back to my office and threw it all away. Also the staff is very vulgar and unprofessional during the entire service. Also the tables were very dirty as well as the utensil area. They need to put a manager in place that cares.

It seemed like there was sand in my food. I had a burrito bowl with all the vegetables and at least one of them was not properly washed because the texture was super gritty!!!

The food was horrible. I ordered meat and had to spit out most of it. It was full of fat and other non-chewable stuff. Very disappointed. The service was okay, but the line was very long. I guess no one trusts them putting enough protein via online order.
