Nothing Texas about took forever to bring one side,,like why not just bring it all at once. Asked for tarter sauce and lemons bartender made a face and said there was a 5 limit drink,,,never heard of that might as well drink in a nursing home. Catfished tasted bitter,,so ill just wait to go to my hometown Tx roadhouse,, these are all catfish. Lol

Went there Friday night. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait for a two top, ended up sitting at the bar until we received the text and had a drink. Ended up being way faster than expected. The service was absolutely amazing! We had Bri and she was perfect. Didn’t hover, was patient, smiled a lot. Ended up leaving a great tip because she was amazing! The food came out and it was PERFECT. I couldn’t tell you the last time I went out to eat let alone had wonderful service. It was a date night and it went better than I expected. Thank you for making our night so amazing. ❤️ Merry Christmas.

We have our Officers Dinner at this location every year. The food is always on point and the service has varied, but not fault to them, we usually have 10 or more people. So lots to remember in one seating. I can say I have never had an issue with service at their other locations when it is just me and my daughter. As far ad seating, we had to seat in individual booths and not together. Last year we had to seat in a corner table and a few individual booths. A very disappointing change to what it use to be when they had the room in the back for big parties like ours. The would have tables combined to be able to seat that many people. It felt more comfortable and also more like a family dinner style setting. We could talk to each other across the table, we weren’t all having to screen to another booth. It seemed like we barely talked to each other unless we were seating together. So overall I think the food is what keeps us going back year after year. We really wish they would bring that room back.

The Alliance location is a bit of a drive from our local Texas, but so much worth it! They are willing to accommodate a large party! Even taking a call ahead reservation. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious with great portions! My steak melted in my mouth! Our waiter was friendly, attentive and quick with refills and to supply all our requests! We will be coming out here for our parties again!

I attended my sons travel baseball teams “signing event” at this location. Most of our team traveled 30+ minutes to have dinner with our families and the team for this fun little event. I don’t know of a Texas Roadhouse that isn’t busy on any given night of the week and showing up here was no different. Arrangements were made ahead of time for our group (around 40 people), yet when we arrived the host staff seemed completely blindsided. They seemed unsure on where to put us, and frustrated that we wanted to be as close together as possible. They carved out a corner in the restaurant and got the team sat together first, the rest of us shuffled in a little at a time over a few minutes. Service was still great despite the disorganization. Our server was awesome and she worked really hard for us! When it came time for the actual signing, a table was set up in the front of the restaurant near the host stand. When the boys went up for the signing and photo op, the families followed and gathered in that area as well. I don’t disagree that there were a lot of people crammed into this small, high traffic area, but we made the best of it. Unfortunately, one of the hostesses was incredibly annoyed that we were gathered there; anytime she walked through she would loudly say “excuse me” in a rude tone, and roll her eyes. I had my two small boys with me, one of which, is special needs, and he was incredibly overstimulated as it was, but he accidently got in her way while she was walking through to seat guests. She stopped short and gave such a bizarre look before continuing on. Believe me, this situation wasn’t ideal for anyone, so we understood, but her attitude was absolutely unnecessary. Perhaps the host staff need a refresher in service and hospitality. In hindsight, they should have put our entire group in the very back room of the restaurant where we would have been secluded, had some privacy, and the signing event could have taken place with no interruption to dinner service. I do not see us returning to this location again unless it has something to do with the team. Afterall, we picked this location because it seemed central to all of the families traveling.

Floors were gross, had two forks I stepped on and a bunch of food as soon as I sat down. I was lied to twice before we even got seated, and in reality the situation wasn’t even made right…we really didn’t have that great of an experience as we were told it’d be a 30-45 minute wait, I typically get a text when on the wait list, I didn’t so I called to make sure they had the right number, they didn’t check. 1 hour waiting later I called again and they said they payed me multiple times when I confronted them with the information already stated, they said they could seat us right away when I was on the phone with them, so we got seated, but it doesn’t excuse the fact that you 1.) said it’d be 30-45 minutes when it was an hour, and 2.) you said I was on the wait-list and you guys had the right number when clearly you didn’t. This kinda ruined the rest of the experience, and in general it wasn’t that great of an environment once we finally got seated. Look, I am reasonable here, and the things they did good was, our waitress did a good job keeping our drinks full and rolls stocked, and actually getting my order right (they get it right 75% of the time)…so that’s why it’s not a one star, but the point remains that this wasn’t a good experience, and really kinda just makes me not want to come back or at least not as often…we used to come here fairly often, but have slowed down since they are always busy, and at the same time, not the best service or get our order right all the time in general, so yea, thats my rating, and that rating accounts for all my experiences within the past 5 years or so, they in general haven’t been doing as well with customer service as they used to in recent years.

This has got their game down pat. Every other restaurant in Stark county should spend time here and see how it’s done. It seemed like they had every detail and procedure figured out and everything went perfectly. I have heard that this is the highest revenue generating restaurant in Stark County and now I understand why.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. Even though there were so many empty booths, we had to wait 15 minutes to get sitted. Ordered a Virgin Piña Colada, and I was told they did not serve non alcoholic drinks unless they are from the fountain. What? The bread was very delicious. So was the appetizer. My loaded potato was terribly salty. I couldn’t eat it. I asked if the pork chops were tender, response yes, actual dish, not at all. Didn’t eat it either. My husband liked his steak. The steamed veggies, house salad, and dessert were good. Coaltin, our waiter was very nice and helpful. The experience wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t the best either. Definitely not going back.
