Hands down one of the best DQ’s I have ever been in. Exceptional service from an incredibly friendly staff. Made us feel like old friends instead of customers. Coming from a beverage company servicing soda machines, one of the first things I noticed was how clean the soda machine was. As I scanned the rest of the equipment I couldn’t help but notice it was spotless as well. Something you don’t see often enough in the food industry. The dining area no different. Our food was made fresh, and was nice and hot. Hit the spot and satisfied our craving. Great place. My compliments to the manager and staff.

This Dairy Queen Grill & Chill never disappoints. The burgers and fries were hot and made fresh, and the Blizzards were perfect. Customer service was excellent—staff was polite and efficient. Clean location and well-managed. Will definitely be back!

Got a chicken tender meal special that was supposed to be cheap (which is why I got it), the lady taking my order asked me what drink I wanted so I assumed it came with the meal. Went to the window and the price nearly doubled. I asked why and she said the drink wasn’t included in the meal deal so I asked her if she could just take the drink off because I assumed it came with the meal and she said no because she already made it. Feels like she scammed me because she didn’t say the drink was extra she only asked what drink I wanted. To make the experience even worse the portions were tiny and the chicken tenders were like half the size of any other place. Never returning to this location.

This Dairy Queen is the worst I’ve ever been to, so I stopped going there a while ago. They consistently short you on the chicken strip basket, and the food is simply not good. Additionally, two incidents involving people posting pictures of maggots in their drinks confirm how unsanitary the store is. It’s expensive, especially for such a dirty place. All the previous owners maintained a clean store, and the food was great.

Was kindly greeted with a smile when I entered the store. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket with gravy and was asked what size fry I wanted…got charged an additional dollar for large fries…odd because they’re were hardly any fries in the basket and I usually don’t get asked that question. My gravy was white liquid and flavorless and my pop had a strange metal taste. The floor was sticky throughout the entire restaurant and bathrooms smelled terrible. I’ve stopped here over the years and never had any issues until today. I was disappointed and things like this make me rethink stopping in the future.

If you’re a local and you have been to the old Dairy Queen… try it now!! New owners have done an amazing job turning this place around!! Quality service and you get what you pay for! I asked for extra and I got extra not just at the top of my ice cream but through and through all the way to the bottom. NAILED IT!!

RUDE! Customer service is NOT a strength at this DQ neither is their pricing! Went to drive thru and order 2 tenders and a small cone! Order came out to $8.80+ (don’t remember the change). I said, how much are the two tenders it was like 4.50 I said how much is a small cone? She said 3.70 something. I said to myself I’m not paying $9.00 for just that so I ask WHILE STILL AT THE SPEAKER… please remove the tenders and I will just take the cone. She stated “she couldn’t hear me” and asked me to pull forward. When I got to the windows told her, Remove the tenders and just charge me for the cone THAT WAS ALREADY IN HER HAND! (Weird) (from the time I made it from the speaker to the window it was made??? NO ONE WAS IN FRONT OF ME!) she said I already made the order! I replied, you made my tenders that fast? I just drove literally 4seconds from the speaker to the window. I said, take it off and charge me for the cone. She repeated , I already made the order. I said okay, change it. She looked at me. Sighed, rolled her eyes… I said you know what… KEEP everything. I will never come back here! Your prices are higher than everyone else anyway! I have never gone back! I don’t have to deal with poor customer service! They will never see a penny of my money!!
