I have tried and tried to like this place. But tonight was the last straw. Ordered a thin crust, light sauce with double pineapple and got a thin crust normal/extra sauce and minimal pineapple. Some pieces dint even have pineapple on it.

Hands down best pizza place in grovetown. Ask for James if he’s in but I called over the phone and James took my order. He verified my ordered and also looked for the best deal for me. Josh also did a great job on my pizza giving me exactly what I asked for.

Preordered 8 large pizzas this morning at 11:00 am and requested them to be delivered between 5:30pm-6:00pm. Paid in advance as well a $25.00 tip for delivery. At 6:00pm I decided to call and inquire as to when I could expect delivery. Employee was able to pull up order and asked for me to hold. I was left on hold for over an hour and a half, with them periodically taking me off hold and immediately putting me on hold again, without even acknowledging me. My stepmother finally was able to finally speak to someone who stated their system went down and missed the order but to expect delivery in 30 minutes around 7:45pm. At 8:30pm, still no delivery. When she contacted them, she was told, the pizzas weren’t going to be delivered. Our experience with Marcos today was an absolute nightmare… We ended up getting Chick-fil-A, who’s absolute perfection, when it comes to customer service.

Marco’s has wonderful tasting pizzas. The ingredients are always fresh and of high quality. The variety of crusts and the flavors of the crusts is very top shelf. Their sauce has a great fresh taste. Service has been great, most of the time I carry out. The personnel have always been attentive and friendly.

Marco’s Pizza used to be so good! Better that Pizza Hut, Domino’s, everyone! And then… they became popular, not only the quality is gone but there is a no customer service, not good not bad, it just doesn’t exist… Keep in mind this pizza was supposed to have Pepperoni…. Was the size of breakfast sausages, cold, not crispy (thin), just not worth it anymore, now the price is too high compared to the other massive companies because there is not a difference between Marcos and the $6.99 pizza from Dominos and others… Banana peppers look huge next to whatever that “Pepperoni” is.

Pizza is decent but a little expensive. Main issue is they don’t read the order for anything non pizza. Ordered a Greek salad from their menu and got some sort of jumbled mess of a salad with multiple wrong ingredients. 9.49 for a small, poorly put together salad with different ingredients than they put on their menu is borderline criminal. Luckily there were no food allergy issues for us but beware if you do have food allergies.

Ordered that new pizza with the honey on it for my kids & they loved it. There was no line & the staff was very friendly. My other pizza however had onions on it & I asked that they take them off but other than that everything else was good I’ll be ordering from there again.
