Ordered the Hawaiian brown sugar bacon turkey meal, 2 RB sliders, mozz sticks, and a drink. The drink was the only decent thing about this meal. Sliders were cold. Fries were cold and disgusting. Even the cheese sauce was cold. The sandwich was SOGGY. So soggy that the box was falling apart. Didn’t get my Arby’s sauce. Did NOT receive my $7 order of mozzarella sticks. To say I’m disgusted and disappointed would be an understatement. I’m sure Ray would be super disappointed as well.

Over 50 bucks, we could have eaten something from a nice restaurant. Got home short two orders of fries and all four of our Beef and Cheader sandwiches looked just like this, never ever again! Avoid this place at all costs!

Went through the drive thru. Lady had the front window was extremely rude. I asked her if I could use Apple Pay and she was rude and said yeah but you’ll have to get out of your car. So I did but I was so rattled from her attitude that I didn’t realize I was on the wrong cash app so that was my bad. Then she rudely told me I’d have to drive to the door to wait. (Which was totally fine.) she brought the food out with barely saying a word. I don’t usually leave reviews as I work in the food industry and understand bad days. But I couldn’t believe how she was talking.

Went to the drive-through on a Saturday night 1/4/ 2025 ordered a sweet tea with my meal. the girl in the drive-through said we are out of sweet tea so I ordered a water ,so I get to the window and I said are you out of tea so you can’t make any more tea she’s like no we have tea I’m just not making any more sweet tea tonight at 6 o’clock in the evening dinner time they’re not making any more sweet tea “OK they don’t close till 1am …. and my order my food was awful didn’t give me what I ask for “I’ll never return there “.

First time that I had been inside this facility in over 5 years. Very clean, food was prepared nicely and not a mess when opened. Everyone was polite. I rarely will ring the bell anymore but this experience made me ring the bell. Keep up the good work. Thanks again.

The front counter girl summer was so pleasant and made our little girl so happy. She let her pick the toy she wanted and was so patient while she ordered her food. Food service workers have it pretty rough and for her to be so cheery and sweet was so refreshing. She definitely deserves a raise!
