Not much hospitality. Life is too expensive to go out to eat and get served like this. I went to this restaurant with my two little kids, expecting to have a good lunch on a beautiful day and the edges were all burned. There was not many pepperoni or cheese, and it was not cut all the way through. Then I had to wait after an all ready long wait for plates when I was clearly eating in and they had no water cups. My pizza at home is WAY better.

We tried Donatos for the first time tonight and while I’d like to like it, they messed our order up.
The crust for my pizza was not what I ordered, they gave me garlic breadsticks instead of cheese bread sticks, spicy nacho cheese instead of a garlic cup, and my husband’s sandwich wasn’t made correctly.
Not a good impression and we probably won’t try Donatos again.

This individual Very Vegy thin pizza was perfect! Many times pizza could get salty, but this was not the case. The 5pc side tub roasted garlic traditional wings with ranch were flavorful to the point that I didn’t even use the ranch sauce. They were literally falling off the bones!!

We just had pizza delivered from this Donato’s (Madison Rd). We ordered a thin crust Classic Trio and a hand tossed Serious Cheese. Worst delivery possible! The pizzas were delivered relatively quickly based on the times in the app… but the pizzas are cold! Not even warm… cheese is set and, you can see from the pictures, we have to reheat a pizza that is supposed to be fresh. Both pizzas are over baked, as you can see from the pictures. To add insult to injury, whomever made the pizza did not include the pepperoni (!!!!) and the sausage is all clumped in the center of the pizza! Really poor quality! I did get someone on the phone and they promise to refund the money… we shall see. As far as I am concerned, I do not see myself ordering from this Donato again. If this is your only choice for Donato’s, try another pizza chain.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Waited 1.5 hours for our delivery order (1 hour past when they said it would be delivered) before finally driving to Donatos on Madison.
I was immediately “greeted” by the store manager who said that I was a delivery driver and demanded to see confirmation of my order.
There were at least 10 other people waiting in the store for their orders. The workers said that they “have a lot of orders” and I simply asked for mine.
Apparently, according to Donatos, it was somehow the customers fault that we weren’t getting our orders.
There was another dad there who said he had kids in the car waitikg for their food. He just wanted to know if his order was one of the 30+ orders sitting on the shelf or if he should go somewhere else for dinner.
The manager blamed this poor customer and somehow made him feel like it was his own fault for asking about his order he had placed.
No apologies. Nothing but accusations.
Worst customer service EVER.
They supposedly comp’d our meal (it hasnt been refunded yet) and when we got the pizza home it was burnt and clearly had been sitting for over an hour.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
Terrible food.
Terrible service. Probably the worst service ever.
Terrible overall.

The truth is that I don’t understand why there are bad comments. I love the pizzas from Donnatos, the pizzas have always given me heartburn and since I have been listening and eating the pizzas from Donnatos I have had no stomach discomfort and the truth is I love them, their mix of flavours, and the bread for me and my family is the , Better.

A couple of weeks ago I picked up our take out order to get it home and find it was not prepared well at all. I was very disappointed and phoned the store the next day. The general manager, Frank, answered and was extremely understanding and apologetic for our experience. He went above and beyond to make it right. We ordered again this evening and it was the donatos pizza I know and love! I even got to meet Frank in person and thank him for treating us so well and making it right. If you have a problem with your experience I encourage you to call and speak to Frank!
