Twice my husband has order his burger without onions and both times it came loaded with onion. He can’t have onion due to a medical reason. They gave him a free burger and service was good. But 2 times out no more!

Harrison and the team went above and beyond, I wouldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. And of course, I had to bring home meals for my family as well, and the food was fantastic. We visit this location a couple times a year and sometimes the service is fantastic and other times it’s just mediocre. The food is always fresh and the orders are accurate. Expect a long wait unless you check in online and expect it to be crowded pretty much any day and time, but this is typical for Texas Roadhouse in general. Our most recent visit was at our daughter’s request and she loves having peanuts while we wait for our meal. Unfortunately, they were out of peanuts this time and when we asked about them the server kind of laughed about being out of them and my 7 year old was already emotional about missing out on the peanuts she’d hoped for (not a big deal to most, I know, but this girl loves her peanuts and I’m pretty sure it’s the only reason she chose the place). Our drinks were not refilled often and we learned that even though it says high chairs are available online, they do not actually have high chairs, only booster seats. Our baby sits up well on her own but would easily tip over a booster seat so we had to sit with her on our laps to feed her and the booth was a little too crowded for this. The manager also came around our area to every table but ours. We also were charged for the games on the tablet at the table even though we didn’t even touch it until it was time to pay and our server took forever to circle back to have it taken off.
With that being said, our recent experience was a huge disappointment but other days have been great. It’s all in who your server is and it’s definitely hit or miss. Regardless, the food always tastes great and we will be back but our expectations have lowered over the last few years.

We ordered pick up for family and the food was ready when we arrived. We have eaten in the restaurant in the past- it’s a bit too loud to converse either someone who does t hear well, even with a hearing aid. We prefer to grab and go and eat together at home. When we arrived- they had our food right there. They even packed it in front of us- so we knew the order was correct. I really appreciated this. Can’t count the number of times we did’t get everything at other restaurants. The salads were cool and crisp, the meat was cooked exactly as ordered. My broccoli missed getting cooked. It seemed maybe like it had been in a microwave and was warm, but it wasn’t even the bright green color broccoli is after being steamed. It was still raw. I just got out some ranch at home and ate it raw.
The steaks were seasoned well and actually better than I remember them being. We ordered 2 sirloins and they were both good, the New York strip was about 1/2 the size I expected. It truly looked like it was cut in half before put in the box. But I also know economics prices are high- so I guess it’s how they save a bit of money. But I wouldn’t order that cut again. Very little meat.
Their condiments like butter, sour cream and dressing were all included. They made a huge effort to make the meal just like it would be in the restaurant and we all appreciated it.

First time going to Texas Roadhouse and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming and attentive to their customers. The watermelon drink I got had watermelon sour patch pieces in it and was the best drink I’ve ever tasted!

Food is always good when we go. Lots of delicious buns and butter to go around. The tables and the seating is really tight, especially when they are packed with people waiting to sit. The staff is friendly, and the manager usually comes by during the meal to make sure you have everything you need and that your experience is good.

My son had the ribeye and I had the fillet. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The baked potatoes were delicious. The buns nice and fresh. Only thing is the mushrooms for the steak were dry and overcooked. The waitress was very friendly and personable. We didn’t have to wait for a table. I don’t like the little booths for two. We like a table better. Took home some peanuts for later. The restaurant was crowded but it’s always that way.

Great Value Steak Night with My Sister!
My sister and I decided to treat ourselves to a night out at Texas Roadhouse, and we were generally very impressed!
We both ordered the USDA Choice Sirloin, and it hit the spot. It was perfectly seasoned with that signature Roadhouse blend and had a lovely char on the outside. My steak came out medium-rare as requested, juicy and flavorful. My sister got hers medium, and it was cooked just right for her preference, too. It’s definitely not a fancy steakhouse cut, but for the price, the quality and preparation are fantastic.
The famous rolls were, as always, incredible and disappeared far too fast. The sides we chose (a loaded baked potato and a house salad) were generous and fresh.
The only small thing holding back a 5-star review was that the sirloin cut itself was a little chewier than other cuts we’ve had here before, and the noise level made conversation a bit of a challenge.
Overall: It was a fantastic, high-value meal with great service. We both left stuffed and happy. We’ll definitely be back for another sirloin night!
