They KNOW they are wrong for this. I paid $4 for this.
Everytime I come here, I am disappointed. EVERYTIME!!!! Even when I send my clients. They have to do better. I go inside because drive thru seems backed up. Why does the drive move faster. I don’t understand why, after a year and half I been on this side they have not gotten anything right. I’m NEVER satisfied.
AVOID THIS ONE IF YOU CAN. I RATHER GO TO COOKOUT FROM NOW WHEN I NEED FOOD.

Found a hair in my sandwich, very disappointed since I come here a lot and was really looking forward to this meal. I got a macaroni and cheese with it but didn’t have any appetite after I opened my sandwich box and saw this. I went through drive thru and immediately turned around. I called right after this discovery and spoke with an employee who was disrespectful and offered no apology, I ended up speaking with the manager right after who offered an apology and was more respectful. I went in the drive thru for my refund and the ladies inside were horse playing…pretty sure this is chick-fil-a , not McDonald’s. The main reason I usually choose Chick-fil-a over other food chains is because of their good quality, sanitary environment but after this experience I rather go to the Taco Bell down the road. I originally wanted Taco Bell but went with chick-fil-a because it’s my last day to redeem a reward and decided to get a meal with it, big disappointment.

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with Colby Jack cheese, but the chicken patty was surprisingly thin. I reached out to the manager, who explained that the chicken is portioned by weight, not thickness. Still, it didn’t meet my expectations and didn’t feel worth the price. I’ll be skipping this location in the future. On a positive note, the mac and cheese was good.

This location almost always forgets things that you’ve ordered even if it shows correctly on the bag. Check everything before driving off. They fail to tell you when they are out of something and will just give it to you without. I went to this location before work and they forgot two things I ordered as well as never mentioned there would be no strawberries on the parfaits. If we are paying for something we should have it and if it’s out then we should be notified. When I called the women that answered the phone did not attempt to remedy the situation and said “oh…yeah we are out of strawberries and I don’t think they knew”. Do better. There are much better locations!

Really Chick-fil-A! How are you going to forget to put my 8 pieces of nuggets in my bag? I got all the way home. Everything in the bag but the 8 pcs of nuggets. Do you know how disappointing that is? And I’m pmsing too! All I wanted was my little comfort food tonight. But noooooo someone just had to hold my little 8 pcs of nuggets hostage. Order# 2855337 Date: 1/2/2026 Time: 5:56pm Heartbroken and annoyed….. The weird part is lately every single chick-fil-A. I’ve been to lately been falling off and messing up the orders. Smh!

I waited 20 minutes in line for 2 frosted sodas. The app said the order was ready, but then they parked me. The staff at the window were loud and playing the entire time, and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Do not come here, it does not need the Chick-fil-A standard.

Extremely disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location.
I placed my order at 9:19 AM, and as of 9:58, I was still waiting with no clear explanation or update. When I asked to speak with the manager, the director, Ashley, refused to come out and instead sent another employee to hand me a card for a free meal. That gesture doesn’t fix the issue — all I wanted was communication and basic customer service.
This is not the level of service Chick-fil-A is known for. I’ve always appreciated their efficiency and professionalism, but today’s experience was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. I’m still waiting for my order as I write this review.

Waited for 10 minutes for a milkshake and frosted coffee without an update from any one of the 10-15 people behind the counter!!!! My fiancé walked up to check and the young lady didn’t even acknowledge him, so I asked about our order to be told, “it’s being made now, she needed something.” Listen, we don’t mind waiting, it’s the waiting without any form of an update. Chic-Fil-A used to be known for its customer service, I was highly disappointed this evening. The shift that was there, needs to do better!!!
