I ordered Door Dash.. I ordered tacos with no sauce… they were loaded with sauce. Ordered jalapeños with ranch… no ranch. Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese, which I had to pay for… no cheese and it was way too crunchy. Like they had put it back into the fryer to make it hot..
Same with my fries.

It’s been a few days still no call and no response I will never eat there again for the lazy manager to not respond. I ordered a sourdough Jack, asked for no tomato through The drive-thru got about 30 minutes down the road. Went to eat my sandwich. Had a tomato in it called the restaurants. Left a voicemail and I got no response.

Hate giving bad reviews but this place deserves it. I come here at night after work and without fail something is wrong with my order. I’ve given this place many chances but honestly I think the drive thru staff are high and just cant get orders straight. Tonight it happened again. Im curious, when you order the 3 egg rolls how does that magically become 1? Its these types of issues that I would recommend going to another Jack in the box. This place doesnt deserve your money. Im sorry to have to write this but maybe if enough people complain someone will finally decide to fix this place.

I ordered 2 7-piece jalapeño poppers tonight, thru the drive thru. When I got my food, the man at the window told me he put them all in one box. I asked for a second box because it was for 2 different people and a woman that was working there balked at my request. If I order something, I expect it to be given to me how I ordered it. When I got to work and opened my bag, this is what I received. 6 lightly cooked chicken nuggets. I then tried calling the number and it has been disconnected. Perfect.
I am clearly not happy about this experience at all and this is not the first time the food has been wrong. I guess I either need to be that person that checks it in line, holding everyone up before I drive away or go to a different location.

Second time I’ve gone here and asked for no bacon on my burger, got home and there’s bacon. I’m a Muslim and don’t eat pork and can’t figure out why they keep doing it. Will not return and filing a complaint with the owner.
