I’m not sure if the issue is the workers and not the manager monitoring the process. I spend a pretty penny here normally because of the wholesome ingredients but this specific location seems to not know what a good ratio of meat to rice. I order on the app in order to use the drive-thru and there was no greeting which is fine. But after seeing our burritos, I can say that the little bits of meat were absolutely not worth my purchase. Honestly, the entire point of choosing this place is because of the quality. But not this location, I will absolutely not recommend this place and certainly seems like it’s better to not use the app AT ALL.

One of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve been to. I had a Chipotlane pickup order. The dude at the window, some young college student answered the window and honestly could have cared less about what job he was doing. I had a simple chicken, black bean, rice burrito. It was made like it was portioned for a kid. The chicken tasted awful, the service was terrible. Chipotle’s business model isn’t hard…this experience makes me want to avoid them altogether.

The food was EXCEPTIONALLY good on 8/14/2024 here. I cannot recall the last time I cleaned my plate at a Chipotle. The fajitas were perfectly cooked as well as seasoned and the chicken was excellent! The team at this time was . Thank you for a taste experience “like I remember it” decades ago. Compliments to your team. Wish we had em in Phoenix like this.

This absolutely pisses me off the main reason why I love Chipotle is the portions were perfect the price you paid and made it worth it but now 15.00 for damn burrito that’s smaller than a monster Chipotle used to thw real monster. Used to have to use two hands to eat not anymore. Several times I’ve been here this will definitely be the last time I’m coming here. I’m tired of small portion the burritos getting smaller and the price tags getting bigger. Also parking sucks here not many spots.

Employees stood around and didn’t help when I first arrived while they just hung out and talked to each other. After I placed my order I stood at the register for at least 2 minutes while they argued about who wanted to check me out. Steak was cold. Overall terrible experience, mind you I was the only one in there. This was Tuesday August 19th 2025 around 3:00 PM, I hope the manager sees this and addresses these employees.

Chipotle is not life… worst dinning experience of my life. I got a kids quesadilla just to get a small lunch and it was like I went to the dog food factory down the street and asked for a quesadilla. The tortilla stuck to the aluminum foil when I opened up my foil of hot garbage. Couldn’t get any of the tortilla off the foil and the meat wasn’t even that good. If I had time I would have walked back in to get a refund for whatever was given to me. Kids that get kids meals like this one are bound to gain resilience from the amount of grit required to persevere through the terrible meal in front of them. Kids need to experience this hot garbage to realize what is unacceptable in today’s world. Godspeed to the future of America.
