We stopped in as we walked by, and the experience was great:
• Food: The lunch food was good, and the pastries and cookies were excellent.
• Amenities: This is a very comfortable place to take a break—they offer free WiFi, a clean bathroom, and plenty of seating.
Overall, it’s a reliable, clean, and comfortable spot for a lunch break or coffee. I recommend it!
LOVED the Mac’n’Cheese! The small was the perfect size because it was actually quiet large!
And the turkey bacon avocado on sourdough was DELICIOUS!
Perfect place for lunch!
The breakfast bagel sandwiches were really tasty. That mean they came out hot and fresh very quickly. Good portions for the price. Good Cafe vibes!
But sadly it wasn’t.
We order 2 field fritter wraps .
The one I got had the most hard fritters ever. And my bf was a really nice fried soft in the inside pea fritter.
So went i went to talk to a person I’m charge and told him the fritter inside was to hard he said they all like that. Which I told him the other wrap had perfect fritters.
They offer to give me a portion of fritters but he assured me they were gonna come exactly as the ones in my wrap. Which I refused to get .
I cannot be tricked and said those are how they come out. Since I worked in kitchens my whole life. And those fritters looked and tasted like they had been cooked for a while and then re fried. I’m no newby.
So refrain of ordering those field fritter.
Such a bad meal.
The first thing that really threw me off was the bathroom setup. You need a door code to enter, which is fine in theory, but even though I locked it from the inside, someone else with the same code still walked in while I was using it. That was really uncomfortable and not okay, and it took away from the experience.
Service at the counter felt a bit tired, like they might’ve been at the end of a long shift. That said, there were a few other staff members working who were so kind and genuinely pleasant to talk to — their friendliness made a real difference and balanced out the experience.
The dark roast coffee was rich, smooth, and flavorful, and I appreciated the self-serve setup for refills, which makes it easy to stay and enjoy a cup at your own pace. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, perfect for catching up on work or studying. The café itself has a rustic, cozy atmosphere with warm wooden interiors and the inviting smell of fresh coffee and baked goods.
Overall, great coffee, friendly people, and a relaxing vibe, but the bathroom setup could use some attention. With a few small improvements, this could easily be a five-star spot.
